I personally use insulin pins as they cause less trauma but if orange isn’t causing you an problems then all should be good

Hey guys! Rest day today, caught up on some admin, done a food shop & house work. Had a zoom call this evening (farming related) and then had a chilled evening watching a series were watching at the moment x

It’s not necessary but if you wanna walk to help digestion short walks 3-4 times a day will help

I think you probably just need to keep running this for a longer period of time and assess as you go

Hey personally if it’s something I wanna do I do it, I never feel the need to explain myself.
If friends and family don’t like it I see it as a them problem. My partner is supportive and that’s all that matters – then again if he wasn’t we probably wouldn’t be together 😅
And as Jordan says if you live at home you kinda have to play by their rules

Hey all rest day today very much needed, was like a little reset for me as I’ve a very busy week next week. Caught up on some admin/ client work. Fixed some fencing in the field as the bulls broke free & walked the dogs. Very productive rest day x

It’s fine but don’t over use I try to limit it to max 2 meals a day but where possible I aim to use once a day in my clients plans as the nutrients and extras you get from fish, beef, eggs can’t be matched

I’m with Jordan on this I go into the gym knowing I have a job to complete and shit to do so I just crack on some days will be an absolute buzz others not so much but just going in and getting after it regardless is what needs to be done for progression

If you feel ok to train I’d just crack on. Double up of vit c & k2&d3 even multi vit too.
If you get worse obviously rest but if it’s just a cold I would crack on

Hey guys! Busy day of client work/ check ins and new client consult calls. Followed by lower body session 🙌🏼 the final one of that set up. From Monday we’re onto a new split and lower volume training back to 5x a week. Quite excited for this! Bw this morning was 156.5 dropped a good chunk from last check in. My tidy up/ mini cut is now finished my cals have been increased I’ll post my new diet and training tomorrow for you all.
This afternoon I’ve finished off some admin work whilst James was at bjj – when ever I’m home alone I just find myself working haha!

It’s not a supplement you’re really going to feel same with most they don’t instantly make you feel different but it will be working, it takes years and consistency over time to see results. Theres alot of research around creatine so it’s always something I highly suggest using if finances allow

Hey. I would suggest seeing a physio just to get them to do a few tests figure out what’s going on they will be able to advise if it needs strengthening etc. in the mean time avoid any exercises that cause pain
