    As Jordan says. I feel they’re good all rounders they have more than one benefit to each of them and they work together nicely definitely something I would look to include if budget allows

    Evening all be was down to 164.2 this morning pretty happy with that, definitely feeling leaner and feeling better today too after feeling off yesterday. Today consisted of client work going on a hack with my horse and then trained upper this afternoon, had a very good session and pretty pleased with how my back is looking. Checked in with will pwo just awaiting reply so I’ll update you all tomorrow x

    Hey guys! Extra rest day today. Definitely needed woke up feeling pretty ill full of cold I’m never ever ill but this has hit me, hoping to feel better tomorrow and hoping I’ll be back in the gym as I was dying to train today but I just knew it wouldn’t be good I had a banging headache And full of cold/ flu so I made the right choice to rest but I was just so hyped to train haha! We shall see how I am tomorrow x

    Hey guys! Rest day today but a busy one been fencing all day outside it’s been pretty windy/ wet & cold so was very nice to get inside and get a bath this afternoon. Think we was fencing from around 9 -4:30 so a long day of being constantly active. No meals missed luckily wasn’t far from home to nip back microwave my meal and eat up and head back out. About 18k steps today but I have a steady day tomorrow so I know it’ll balance out. Had a super chilled evening watching a series and soaking in the bath x

    I agree in a dieting phase your goal isn’t building muscle. Focus on one phase at a time. So if you’re dieting your aim to drop body fat then after this phase you’ll be in a good position to build muscle and have plenty of room to push up

    I agree I do warm ups for the first 2-3 movements. Or if it’s a big compound movement I will build up to my working set with feeder sets where it’s literally 1-2 reps till I hit the weight I want to work with.

    Hey guys! Leg day today had an awesome session went a little earlier today as we had planned to pick up the car later. Unfortunately the car wasn’t ready but we’re picking up Monday. So the rest of the day we walked the dogs for final few steps, did a food shop and the chilled and watched rugby! Was such an intense game but so happy for England. Rest day tomorrow + a little bit of fencing in one of the fields so plenty of steps for me haha! X
