    Evening guys! Rest day today for me checked in with hilly this morning bw was 165.5 so nice drop this week as expected really just the initial crap/ water off. Spent the day doing client work/ admin and then tidying/ cleaning the camper as sadly we are saying goodbye to it tomorrow, but we have a nice new care that’s a little more practical for a daily drive haha!

    Had my off plan meal this evening ahead of legs tomorrow with James had burger and chips went down a treat and really looking forwards to legs tomorrow & then picking up the new car x

    Lumpage will improve pumps and how long you keep them for. You can also stack with a stim I sometimes stack with prepare pro or DNFM

    I don’t think it matters what your exact bf levels are. Pretty much no bodybuilder will go off bf % they will just go off the look it honestly doesn’t matter

    Take any anti inflammatory supplements away from training so if you train morning take on evening or if you train evening take them in a morning

    Hey guys! Rest day for me spent morning to midday doing client work, then had a work call with Soph & my parents come over for a catch up which was lovely. And then I completed some more client work/ admin before a client team call this evening which was great. Just having some downtime before bed now x

    I agree with nath the biggest is probably posing conditioning

    Andy also added some awesome points. You’ll find out as you go what works for you it may take you a few shows but you will figure it out. No doubt any of the guys here that have had these issues it’s just taken them time to figure out their own way around it

    Hey guys, leg day today had an awesome session feeling super locked in and focused. The reduction in cals has really helped my productivity I feel more energetic and less of a slug haha! Weight is down just over 2lbs it’ll probably drop a good chunk more before Fridays check in.

    Todays check in was my pwo check in can see a little more definition popping through but its still early doors but its nice to know im responding so fast! Hilly’s happy & im happy so we keep going x

    Ermmmm I’m thinking this possibly isn’t the best idea, but do what you enjoy try it might only last a week haha! I’d maybe just do it twice a week. I tried 2x hip hinges a week and I definitely couldn’t recover from it

    Listen to your body add a rest day & no need to increase volume or you’re back at square one it would be counter productive. More is not always better you can only grow from what you can recover from
