    Evening guys! So leg day today and day one of mini cut! Felt quite refreshing getting up and doing cardio I actually enjoy it.

    Had a very good leg session strength still progressed which I expect to be maintaining my strength as much as possible as my cut won’t be very long just a quick in and out really.

    Rest of the day has been spent doing client work/ admin bits and house work/ jobs x

    That’s not a lot of volume at all and you’re not recovering within 5 days?

    And also agree with rich is this your only leg session? No hamstring work?

    Are you sleeping? In a dieting phase? Hydrated?

    I agree with all of the above rule out any underlying issues with a. Physio get a massage/ bodywork done and then look at doing unilateral work there’s 2 ways to think about it depends how your mindset works, you can either start with the weaker leg and match with the strong leg or start with the stronger leg and force to match with the weaker but taking little rest between match numbers or from assistance if you have a training partner/ spotter.

    Hey guys! So check in today bw was 170 on the dot. It’s now time to pull back we will be doing around 5 weeks pull back started off with a nice food drop and starting cardio. The plan is pull back then bring food back up to a good place before prep. Very much looking forward to seeing some fat off.

    Today was upper day had a very good session my upper back niggle has been feeling a little more settled after the extra rest. X

    Well one persons green light and good to go will be different from the next. With bodybuilding and anabolics there is always going to be a risk. It’s just a case of what you’re comfortable with and happy to accept.

    As Hilly says there is going to be some markers out that are out due to high protein diet & training. Obviously there is major markers we look out for that will be red flags/ need sorting if they are off.

    Hey! If your physio has given you some exercises then you just need to do them.

    When you train back you can target and bias upper back or lay but your back works as one so it all works together so you’re upper back will get worked during your workouts.

    Personally for me one that’s really helped develop my upper back is a chest supported row

    Hey guys!! Usual rest day today feeling a little better today it’s been a busy day of client work so plenty of rest and doing bits and bobs round the house. Had a nice hot bath which definitely helped my back and legs feel better. I have increased my cure coming to 4 tabs a day and honestly can feel a difference in my upper back for sure. I’ve always struggled for the last few years with upper back pain niggles and trapped nerves I’ve always had to work around/ manage it but the cure coming does seem to help alongside everything else I do.

    Early night for me and hopefully back in the gym tomorrow. Check in with hilly tomorrow too and we will be starting a cut very much feeling ready and looking forwards to this x

    I use there femtest no problems at all. And I do know guys using test & other compounds too no problems

    Hey guys extra rest day today for me as I was feeling super smashed. Think a busy weekend and training in general and just being heavy in off season has caught up haha I feel super uncomfortable but luckily we’re ready to minicut and had planned this in a while back so will be starting the end of the week. You know you’ve off seasoned properly when you fully welcome a cut! 😂 I seriously cannot wait!

    So today has been client work and admin bits few bits of house work and moving the new bull to his new pen. And a little nap thrown in too haha x

    I’d recommend trying to get 80% of water in earlier in the day and really taper it down to 7pm

    Nope you need rest, take the rest otherwise it’ll just catch up in a few days and you’ll need extra rest

    Hey guys! Hope you’re well! Long busy weekend but we’ve returned with a new bull which was the plan. So spent some time today sorting his new pen and so on.

    Today was upper day had a good session despite feeling a little tired from the weekend but still managed to progress. Rest of the day has been spent doing client work catching up on admin x

    Sounds fine, give it a go if it does affect recovery then just make some small changes as Maddy says they aren’t super depending body parts they recover quick it shouldn’t be a huge problem
