Hey guys! Rest day again today can’t wait to be back in the gym tomorrow. It’s been a lovely weekend in Scotland but travelling back today was long. Definitely glad to be back home it’s a little warmer down here 😅 x

I agree I use insulin pins and jab frequently I opt for 3-4 x a week but I use a small amount so guys you’ll probably need daily

Evening all! Rest day today for me and day 1 of Oban spent the day having a walk around the town with James and the dog & also met with friends / family. Went out for an off plan meal this evening with a few friends and now we’re tucked up in bed ready for bed ahead of a busy day at the cattle show/ sale tomorrow. X

Potentially too heavy/ or swap grip. Control the tempo and don’t get to overly happy with banging weight on it as you’ll just load your joints

Evening guys! So today was a busy one up early check in with hilly before setting off to Scotland. Check in is all good! End of my cycle now so primo is out. And cut starts next week just a nice little pull back which is very much welcomed. The rest of the day has been spent travelling up to Scotland and we’ve stopped just in Scotland to camp up for the night in the camper before another 3 hours drive tomorrow x

Evening all!! Upper day 2 for me today had an awesome session despite having a trapped nerve in my neck didn’t seem To affect my session at all. All numbers were up!
Session went as follows
Lat pull down
Seated cable row
Side delt laterals machine
Shoulder press
Incline press
Side delt dumbbell laterals
TricepsRest of the day has been spent doing client work & admin bits followed by sorting bits for the weekend as we’re off to a cattle auction in Scotland. Check in tomorrow morning for me too so I’ll update you all x

I’m with hilly just add around 300cals and then reasses a week later split cals mainly over carbs and some fats where you feel you can eat it

There’s no need to do barbell exercises if you feel you can’t or they cause pain. There’s plenty of substitute movements and many bodybuilders work around injuries.
What would advise first is you see a physio/ sports therapist and get them to write you a rehab program and look at your movement patterns. Then you’ll have able to figure out what you can and can’t do

If every thing is digesting well I don’t see a problem at all. As long as recovery is good and training progresses then all should be good

Hey guys! Usual day for me client check ins/ client work.
Meeting with Soph about FigureFlex
Launched our posing workshop for the 9th march in Sheffield
Then trained legs awesome session I’m glad I swapped my days around and rested yes because my energy levels was way better today managed to progress nicely!
Session was –
Ham curl
Leg extensions
Leg press
Split squats
Adductor
CalvesThis evening I prepped mine and James food as we both have a busy day tomorrow and then had a nice chilled evening with the dogs x

Depends really what your priorities are in growth. Like rich says that’s the typical and but again it does depend on your weaknesses and the only was you’ll know if it works in your favour is by doing it
