If every thing is digesting well I don’t see a problem at all. As long as recovery is good and training progresses then all should be good

Hey guys! Usual day for me client check ins/ client work.
Meeting with Soph about FigureFlex
Launched our posing workshop for the 9th march in Sheffield
Then trained legs awesome session I’m glad I swapped my days around and rested yes because my energy levels was way better today managed to progress nicely!
Session was –
Ham curl
Leg extensions
Leg press
Split squats
Adductor
CalvesThis evening I prepped mine and James food as we both have a busy day tomorrow and then had a nice chilled evening with the dogs x

Depends really what your priorities are in growth. Like rich says that’s the typical and but again it does depend on your weaknesses and the only was you’ll know if it works in your favour is by doing it

Evening all! Rest day today for me had a pretty unexpected busy day so decided legs would bet better tomorrow when I’m a little more rested and not rushing I hate rushing sessions as they’re the priority of my day. Very much looking forwards to legs tomorrow though!!
Today has been spent doing lots of admin and lots of errands but I got a lot done so very productive day all in all x

Fully agree amino acids shouldn’t affect thyroid. I take t4 due to an autoimmune disease and have run L-carn, yohimbine and so on never noticed any bad sides and nothing ever affected my bloods/ thyroid levels

Hey guys! Lovely upper session today my fav upper session focused on back mainly! Will post a reel of my session on insta tomorrow morning but it went very well some real nice progressions. Checked in with hilly pwo as usual all good no changes running into my final week of cycle x

Yep fully agree with Jordan this will work very nicely. Adding another arm session will just extend the the time between sessions meaning frequency of sessions won’t be as much. Stick to the same split just add biceps with lower and triceps at start of upper – you will 100% see some growth here

Hey! Another rest day for me, spent the day doing a little bit of shopping for some new wellies (which I didn’t manage to get) haha non in my size 🥴 and also car shopping/ looking. And a nice chilled evening with the dogs and a few little jobs done on the farm followed by an off plan meal with James. X

So see a sports therapist/ physio and get them to assess and help you set up a rehab plan
Rest is going to be your best friend here I would definitely take it steady and don’t rush back, train around where you can

Hey guys happy Saturday! Rest day today for me had a busy morning doing house jobs and then sorting bits on the farm. Had a massage & did a Few bits of client work then a chilled evening! Definitely needed this felt absolutely battered yesterday. I feel sore after my massage but sore in a good way haha x

I agree with kuba, told you’re in shape you can possibly run higher food for some time the. Drop back down if not then this will be your chance to continue to diet and get leaner

I think you need to go in the middle of the 2 have control of the movement but don’t go extremely slow. Equally don’t bounce out the bottom it needs to be precise movement and you’re in control of it all but ideally I’d be aiming with the best form to lift as heavy as possible and failing. Pauses are great but I don’t think you need pauses on all movements

Hey guys! Lower body day today mega session! I posted a reel of a few movements.
Session went as follows
Hip thrust x2
Db rdl x2
Pendulum x2
Single leg press x2
Glute kick back x3
Hack x1
Calves x3Very happy with today’s pendulum and single leg press. Was also nice to be back with hip thrusts it’s been awhile as they was a trigger for my hamstring tendinitis but I think I’ve found a way to keep it at bay. I probably always will have niggles in that hamstring from a gymnastics injury years ago so I just manage it now best I can.
Had a nice soak in the bath and a chilled evening once I’d finished my work 😊 x
