    Hey guys! Trained legs today had a very good session was able to train hamstrings fine so definitely seems to be piriformis syndrome so I can stay on top of that quite nicely now. Spent the rest of the day doing bits on the farm with the cows and also a few client consult calls x

    If it’s consistent then it could be potentially an infection in your stomach or something along those lines that been said I would go through a process of elimination, swap 1 thing and see how you get on and slowly work your way through till you figure out what it is x

    Hey guys! Rest day today ready for legs tomorrow 😊 I’ve done plenty of stretching and massage hamstrings feeling pretty good and ready to go for tomorrow. Todays been spent catching up with admin bits/ house work and some client work too x

    I agree with Jordan reduce volume and potentially look at progression with smaller plates like 1.25’s or even an extra rep

    I would definitely recommend dream sleep for sure. But maybe taper your water towards the afternoon and stop at the same time but just taper it a little the last hour

    Hey guys! Busy day lots of client work/ calls followed by training back. I’ve delayed legs to the weekend just giving my hamstring a little longer to rest before I train.

    This evening I’ve walked the dogs/ sorted the cows and then cooked mine and James last meal and had a little down time before bed x

    I would work on your ankle mobility. Turn your toes out slightly that will possibly give you a little more flexibility but also heel raised will help massively

    Hey guys!! Busy day lots of client work & a consult call & a catch up with one of my clients. Split my day up with dog walks & cow feeds. This evening I trained legs was cautious with my hamstring but still a very good session. I’m very aware of my limits how far I can push and stop so I’m still training around this for now but it is definitely getting better x

    I’ve tried leather I find they stretch and slip easily the versa I just couldn’t get on with I personally just use the super basic lifting straps I’m using tuff wraps at the minute but I’ve previously used super cheap amazon ones

    That is so hard for us to answer. It fully depends on what you can recover from, what job you do outside of training, what phase you’re in, how long you’ve been training, what your split is?

    Evening all! Busy day with the cows, horse and client work. Also a little bit of house work/admin too. Trained upper today hamstring feels a lot better after massaging it and stretching just a reminder I need to stay on top of my stretching.

    Today’s upper session was very good it’s definitely my fab of the 2 upper sessions. Took some nice progressions across all movements.
