Your food intake you say you’re not on a specific meal plan are you eating nutritious food or rubbish ? because that makes a huge difference. Also how’s sleep? Are you actually recovering ? I know you say volume is low but you’re not improving so something is a miss..
When did you last run bloods? How’s your diet going? Have you dropped a lot of weight?

Make sure you’re properly hydrated and the biggest thing will probably your breathing during your exercise. Don’t hold your breath. Breathe in on the way down and out on the way up

Hey guys had to have an unplanned rest today slight little flare up with my hamstring tendinitis so I’ve got myself booked in for a massage asap hopefully get it sorted. It’s annoying it just comes and goes but today it’s had me limping about I wasn’t sure if I had tore it again but I’m pretty sure it’s just tendinitis. So extra rest for me so I got plenty of client work done and bits round the house x

Hey guys! Rest day today! Had a pretty chill morning just catching up on house work, followed by heading to Pheebs and Nath’s for the evening we had a lovely catch up and had a nice off plan meal together that nath cooked x

To be as big as possible you’d need to fully focus on just eating and growing. The bigger you get the harder mma/combat sports will be. It’s not impossible to do both but I think you won’t be you best at both at the same time it’s kinda like one or the other. Not saying you can’t do both but you won’t be excelling and being your best in both.
You’ll likely run into recovery/ mobility and niggles/ injuries. I tried for a long time doing gymnastics and bodybuilding it worked to a certain extent but I limited myself so much in bodybuilding just to be able to do so.

Evening all!! Happy Saturday! So busy one today food shop/ present shopping this morning for upcoming birthdays haha! Then trained legs very good session then crashed after felt pretty battered I mean I usually do after legs but I felt extra battered today. Spent the evening catching up on house work and then having some down time x

I haven’t been to see a specialist because I rested my knees for about 3 weeks and when I went back reset my loading I was good to go but now I’m in week 7 of my push up and it’s coming back again right on the patella
So between sessions have you been recovering ok? Have you been pushing weight too fast? What’s your form like?
I personally think if everything is progressing but legs then maybe it’s too much volume for you to recover from.. do you have a physical job?
I would see a specialist (physio/sports therapist) see what’s going on. Then you can figure out a work around from there

Evening all! Rest day today for me. Had a few client calls and spent the day doing admin bits & errands – them things you leave haha!
Had my off plan meal this evening and a nice chilled night ready for legs tomorrow x

Hey guys! Busy day with client work & calls, dog walks and then training upper. Another good pb on my shoulder press same weight as previous but up 2 reps it felt pretty good and moved nicely. This evening I’ve done a food shop and then had some downtime x
