As nath days injectable will always be better but oral is probably easier to get hold of. Depends what you prefers personally I take oral

Hello! So today was abit of a different day! I did all my usual client work but from the truck as I had to go to James work with him to watch the trucks so I worked from the truck all day haha I suppose that’s the pros of working online you can be anywhere 😂 today was a rest day so once I was home I’ve had a chilled evening and done a team client call with a lot of our clients and we also opened it up so a few other joined which was nice to see a few fresh faces.

Walking is just burning cals. You can’t decide where the cals come from and what you burn
Don’t try and over complicate it. If you’re wanting to build muscle you need to be in a surplus. If you want to be leaner you need to be in a deficit you need to choose which is best for you right now and then do their other option after

Hey guys! Busy day today, client work, client calls, dog walks sorting the cows & horse followed by legs. Had a pretty good leg session my hammy didn’t feel amazing so I took it steady hamstring wise think it’s hamstring tendinitis all this walking on snow and skidding about hasn’t done it any favours haha! X

Do vacuums to control them better and also don’t push food too much in off season and get fat or it will bloat your stomach out
I would train abs at the end of each session or every other day pick 2 exercises and do them. Training excessively For long periods of time will affect other sessions. Like I said genetics play a huge role but you can make them better but like anything you need to be able to recover

Hey guys! Had a busy day today client work, dog walks, cows and then more client work before training upper. Had an awesome upper session especially happy with my T bar row which I hit 3plates much sooner than I thought I would 🙌🏼 this evening I’ve watched some of our series on Netflix x

I agree with the both above you need to remove 1 food source try an alternative see how you feel then if that doesn’t relieve anything then change something else it’s just a process of elimination

I fully agree with Maddy here. The only way you will know it’s by doing it and only you will be able to tell if it feels good for you enough to be able to progress and not lose stability

Hey guys! Hope you’ve all had a good weekend! Rest day today for me spent the day doing bits and bobs on the farm moving a few cows to different pens/ fields and then finding a runaway cow haha! All fun and games. Also had a little play with my new camera practicing how to use it. I bought it mainly for YouTube/ content so I’m just learning to use once I know what I’m doing I’ll be bringing my YouTube back so pretty soon which I’m looking forwards to x

Yeah I agree I would see a physio, potentially could be nothing major just a little tweak but better to be safe than sorry
