How do you explain being able to surpass your all time strength in some lifts while you said it’s gonna take you about 6 months to surpass all time muscle mass?

Thank you all!

the bottom line with all training is just focus on individual needs
i outlined the stimulus : frequency stuff all on youtube, so fhen just pick the exercise’s according to their goals and how much stimulus they need and then get to work .
its a simple concept, but just have to focus on individual needs
Yes I have all those concepts in my mind it was more like what you said…if we had a blank canvas, more of a theoretical question I guess. Thanks again! -
Thanks that was really helpful!

Regarding your latest video, the reason you believe you could not win a pro show is due to genetics, structure etc? Cause obviously you are more than able to put in the work it takes. Or does it have to do with something you’ve said in the past that you think you’ve ruined your physique with the big push ups in body weight?

Hey Kuba. I understand that in certain splits, besides other benefits, having 2 (usually) rotations helps in lifts not stalling early. Could you explain though the physiological reasons why lifts would stall sooner if we had 1 rotation?

Hi Kuba, could you please explain the different female divisions and what judges look for at each division?

Could you explain your thought process on programming in B stance RDL?

If bodybuilding is what you love then I don’t see a reason why you should not do it. Of course this is not black and white but it has different levels…you may compete you may not compete, you may do it with more or less drugs, but still you can bodybuild whichever “way” you choose to do it.
Most people just exist not knowing what they want to do with their life, with no real goals, and that’s a prison in my opinion. For us that are blessed to know our passion I think we should chase it, to the degree that makes sense to us.
In this phase you are I can see how “scary” it could be to even say that you are coming back to bodybuilding because with so many people following you it seems like a commitment you now have and that may make you feel less free to change opinions after (or to do whatever you want). So that’s brave I think. But I also think that most people in this site understand where you are at and don’t want to put any pressure on you or take any of your thoughts about the future as an absolute, and making a video on your thoughts or just even talking here is very helpful I think for both us and you so thank you for sharing:)
Whatever you decide to do in the future I know progress will come, and if that happens to be something you also love and enjoy doing while also helping others then I think you have won in life:)

During a push session assuming you start with a high incline movement and you want to do a chest press movement second, do you consider your chest somewhat fresh or not? Reason I’m asking is…would it be ok from a resistance profile perspective to put a chest press that is hard at the shortened at this place in the session (2nd pressing movement but first biasing the chest) or would a more even resistance profile movement be a better option?

Now that you are coming back to this split with the goal of building max muscle you’ll have just 1 rotation because of the strength that will come back fast until lifts stall and then put 2 rotations?

Thanks guys:)

Love Kuba’s last paragraph … exactly that. Get brutally strong
In the process🫡 -

Hey Kuba, where in your current split do you place the HIIT session?
