hello Jordan, hope you are doing well!
2 questions
1) i dont know if you follow any of the shows happening atm but if you saw Tampa, I’m curious what did you think of Justin Shier? I remember you saying in the past you believed he has huge potential to be at the top, do you still believe that?
2) Usually when you have a show date in mind how far out do you start practicing posing more regularly? Will you do anything different for this prep in regards to posing?

It doesn’t matter much , the microload is so small , add it to something , be patient for the + 1 reps ( what actually matter more )
thank you Jordan!

Hello Jordan, hope you are doing well:)
Yesterday someone asked you on insta if you lost a rep while micro loading if next time you would still micro load or keep the same weight and you gave this example with the overhead press that you took 6 reps but it took a lot of aggression to do it, so you said you haven’t solidify it yet, so next session maybe it will drop to 5.
I understand what you mean that you haven’t solidify it…it’s not as certain that you’ll do 6 reps again..it’s not as replicable. My question out of curiosity is, when you use that extra aggression and you are stronger than normal why is that? You dont all of a sudden have more muscle or better cns reqruitment. Is it due to some hormones being more elevated?
Also an extra question, if you are stronger that way why not lift like that all the time? Wouldnt that equal more gains? Or is it because it’s probably not sustainable long term?
