    250 mg test e or cyp makes no difference bud

    That’s your start point

    Then go up 50 mg each time until you find your ceiling for how much test only you can tolerate before considering another compound

    Keep it at 2 or move it to lower

    There will be a lot of indirect volume accumulated with press work, so direct volume needs will be lower

    Each bodypart I find has different volume tolerance

    If your muscle feels

    Flat
    Constantly sore
    Weak
    Sore and soft to touch

    You are likely overreaching in that muscle.

    Something else to consider is your exercise selection, if you are hammering stretch focused movements only it will cause more damage and increase recovery demand

    decent drop today after rest day, normally I’d see an increase after rest.

    Feel tighter, test only this week for first week of cruise / sports trt / bb health phase, I always laugh as my blood work doesn’t actually take a hit on cycle but I still think phases of lower androgens are needed to drop some stress and to be pro active with health.

    3 more weeks then il crank it back up, will likely run around 2000 mg test mast primo combo

    Spoke to Jordan about few things on my mind today very lucky to have him in my corner. Even now he teaches me valuable lessons and reminds me to not get influenced with my decision making for me. Love him a lot!

    Very good pull day, same session.

    I have some incralex on hand I will run in this cruise phase too.

    Ok leg day, need to figure out quads they are perma fucked not quite able to put power down. Feel little better but not where they need to be.

    Session was still productive just not 100%

    you will then have someone to help you and support you, we can all give you some
    Brief advice but it’s not possible without assessing what you do

    237.6 today. Up a bit, Chris is keeping carbs at 480. He’s happy with the look

    It’s more about maintaining here. I don’t think it’s possible (or even smart ) to try push for more fat loss, if there’s any fat left haha

    From here aim is just maintain this shape and try get harder

    He’s bumped rest to 1100mg just for this week

    I might suggest we lower masteron and increase tren and winny. To reduce oil volume so I can go down to 2 shots per week ( spoke to JP about this too) as my shot sites are messed up now

    Also I just don’t have a huge amount of faith in masterton. I feel I’ll get more bang for buck with tren and winny

    Nothing gets me as hard as winny and tren is king if that freaky grainy dense round look

    We’ll see

    I adjusted my leg days slightly so far they have been perfect

    Every leg day same

    3 single leg curl
    2 leg ext
    1 leg press
    1 pendulum
    2 hyper extension
    2 calf
    1 forearm

    Kbb – I still work with Dean as a collab.

    When I felt it bombing I pulled out Eq then upper the test and npp, Eq was still pulling it down even with those ratio shifted. Won’t be using it again with how much it impacted my e2 even with npp / high test

    Bumped test to 1400
    Npp 350 was still dry as bone and 0 water lol joints creaky super early wakes, emotionless … all of the stuff I know is low Estro for me, don’t need blood work to verify that part.

    Some guys I have had major success with but generally this is with guys who aromatise a lot, I don’t seem to anymore strangely. Most likely down to not getting fat anymore

    I weigh 243 lbs and I’m aiming for 1.5x bodyweight protein (364.5 g). Is it okay to eat 364.5 gr protein from Animal sources (beef, chicken, eggs, whey,fish)?

    No as than that puts you at probably 400 +

    At your bodyweight max you’ll need is around 280/90g ish direct then rest comes from carbs land you at about 330/40 depending how high your food is
