    Blasting whilst you are fasting makes no sense, do your best to maintain size and condition and use that time
    To spend on less drugs

    I count all calories always but

    Protein intake initially I set from direct sources only, as carbs / cals get high at times pro may need to come down to allow for better digestion.

    1.5 g per lean lb of bodyweight is perfect for anyone trying to maximise hypertrophy

    Rest – bodyweight holding, epic leg day ticked off too so super happy with how that went.

    I will run extra 30 carb today and see how we are tomorrow. Sleep has been immense I feel incredible minus sore neck / trap leaving my left side a bit tight.

    Tomorrow I am in for push, not entirely sure where I will train – I enjoyed m13 a lot so more than likely I will train there, I will check out more gyms online and see what kit is like.

    Can’t wait to get back home and keep this momentum moving! Feel extremely productive, fresh and mind feels like I am on fire again so needed this rest.

    Hey guys, legs today and I cannot wait to get stuck in!

    Session will be exactly as above, looking forward to it, busy work day ahead first and then we

    Weight is still down a touch but that will be from rest & drop in inflammation so I’m not worried calories have been back up since Monday and no clen too – the look has actually improved a lot, I am taking my time with this phase 0 need to push weight or rush.

    When I get back I will have had pretty much 2 weeks in this phase so it was nice to go away and chill in this bit.

    Final day of rest, can’t wait to get back in the gym. Taking 4 off was 100% needed. I have gone from feeling sluggish and shit to itching to get back in.

    Legs tomorrow at m13, they have all flex gear there so I can’t wait to use it!

    Flex Seated ham x2
    Flex leg extensions x1

    Calf x2

    On paper doesn’t look like much but trust me this does the job, all sets will be hard sets usual business just less volume.

    If you take a rest it always makes sense to run 2/3 sessions at lower volume as your body will be re sensitised to it… meaning you don’t need full volume to get a good response initially and full volume would likely trash you if you train hard enough

    Rest day – feel and look very very lean, dropped a few lbs from travelling so today I will just relax, few days off cardio ( direct cardio ) but walking / steps still in as always

    Big walk down the marina today getting some inspiration from all the yachts around here 🤣.

    Had 9 hours sleep and spent almost 10 hours in bed, woke up feeling incredible, RHR dropped down to 57 🤣

    Today I’m going to get all work blasted and then I will go and get a massage and relax for the day. Got a nice car here for the week so I will probably go out and about and visit old town

    If your unsure you was utilising gear well at that dose why are you cruising on 500 mg of gear bud ?

    Run as much test as you can tolerate bud there’s no rules to it just make sure you are not feeling like shit off it.

    If you want to grow drier without ai – don’t use higher test use little less test and more dht.

    They all pretty much do same thing, primo gives more fullness and does feel better for some

    For some mast does

    What feels good for me or Jordan may not be the same for you

    Trail and Error, run things try them and you’ll see which works best for you – this is providing your training and diet is dialled in

    If it isn’t drugs do very little and you won’t see difference between any of them.

    Mast – for me doesn’t lower e2 at all, it acts more like a serm, it also doesn’t impact my lilpids at all – I have blood work from prep where I recovered my HDL a lot switching to mast test tren but didn’t look / feel same as I do on primo, then I have clients who get a lot from mast and not much from primo.

    Primo lowers my e2 hard but also crushes my HDL hard. Some people it does not.

    What works for some may not for others, this is where experience comes in.

    Rest day – travel day. Going to Marbella for 7 days, ideal time with Deload this week.

    Little less sleep but sleep quality was amazing, slept like a log 🤣 – feel great and woke up before my alarm at 4:50 which is epic.

    My body adapts super fast, drugs out / clen out and I am sleeping awesome, still not 100% either as my tonsils are slightly swollen and my throat is completely fucked.

    Weight 0.4 up after total rest higher cals and no clen, I am expecting a slight shift up with just glycogen replenished from removing clen and getting into maintance / tiny surplus
