Rest day big drop in weight 3 lbs down and even did a de volume session so body is flying.
2 weeks and its cruise time ( short reverse diet ) I will aim to hold condition and maybe go up 3/4 lbs across 5/6 weeks of holding.
First few weeks il run usual 200 test then I will go 200 test 200 mast – I have seen my blood work look better on mast so that’s my choice for running it in my cruise. Primo does more for me but also crushes my HDL
Mast does not at all but also feels like I’m off in comparison to primo.
Anyways I have this chesty caugh shit lingering last 2/3 days feel ok today so I’m hoping I can train tomorrow, if it’s shit I will rest and take 2 days rest which I deffo don’t want to do

Hey bud, I’m nowhere near level of being able to do the Arnold, this one is ran by big boys so it is the same as the American one pretty much so you have to be the top dog to get in.
I am sure Sas and James will both be in and hopefully Nathan if he fancies it.

What can be the best first cycle if i want to diminish side effects? Just testosterone and its peogressive increase? What follows after the cycle runs?
I don’t know if I compete in the future. Being a tall form that needs to be filled I’m excited to see how my body would react to peds.
How long have you been training ? Is your nutrition & training all nailed down ?
There’s no such thing as diminishing side effects, we all get them some more than other’s.
First cycle is basically trt test only then work your way up over months and months it could literally be a year of slowly going up

Brilliant PULL sessions today.
Weight is holding firm at around 104kg.
We have escalated some DHT drugs so seem to be recomping rather that dropping. We have also pulled protein down a touch.
I will update this coming check in.

You have 0 business thinking about your arms lacking at 80 kg of bodyweight – everything is small bud
Focus on slowly building muscle over next 6 month and hitting 100 kg and getting as strong as possible – your arms will probably add 2 inches but so will anything else

Pull day was good, solid progress across all lifts!
Nice drop in bw today and I could sure feel it, my chest is congested full of crap so if I don’t feel 100% tomorrow I will do an extra rest to make sure I don’t make it worse. All sessions have been flying I can’t afford to go in under recovered at all.

You can get away with using just a bit less in prep vs what you’ll need to grow.

Solid push day ticked off, weight is still hovering around 258 but sleep has been a bit off, if I wake tomorrow and still feel off I will probably take 2 rest we’ll see!

Hey Kuba, my LDL has been in and (mostly) out of range since coming off AAS 7 months ago. Everything else is in range but I can’t seem to get this low consistently. I’ve started taking the TBJP heart supps again but is there any other advise? My Hdl/Ldl radio is in range.
I was looking into getting a VLDL very low density lipoprotein test off medichecks but I’m not sure if there’s much point?

LDL elevation I mostly see in those who are on the heavier side and like too many burgers
