Rest day, solid session and new weight low. Feel pretty decent if I’m honest, body is coming to life!

Calf press x3 zig zag rear delt.Weight is up today at 260 but no real bowel movement so not a true gage of where I’m at, I look leaner so I’m happy and not concerned at all – legs normally pull me down a chunk too.

I had my first appointment with the professor for andrology last quarter. It’s pretty awesome that I got access to such a high-profile doctor. My Urologist did a trick to bypass German insurance complications by sending me to the clinic as an emergency patient.
The prof did bloods on our first meeting and I did not prepare in any way. He didn’t tell me the results until this week.
Had my second test last Monday. This time I came prepared with bad sleep, high sugar meal 90 minutes before and so on.
I got the results back this week and just like Peter and Kamara said, both tests were exactly the same.
So I’m officially allowed to do TRT now.
I asked the prof why the results are much lower than the ones I got back from my general practitioner and he said that every lab will get you different results. He has his own lab.
He says that he’s 99% sure that my high liver enzymes are due to low t. AST is at 99 and ALT is at 269. Both are rising since my Covid-19 infection. Before the infection, everything was fine. Prof says Covid-19 was potentially deadly for men with low t and there’s evidence that Covid-19 can bring down testosterone down to hypogonadism levels.
We will do some checks now to be 100% sure that nothing else is causing liver problems and then we’ll start therapy in December.
He recommends Cypionate, but we will start with gel because I asked for it. There’s a Drugs N Stuff podcast with Dave Crosland where he says that gel is perfectly fine for TRT. I want to give it a try because I have no experience with needles. Prof says that gel will do a much less damage to my organs than injections.
Neither gel or injections will not do any damage to your organs.

had my dental appointment at space dental for a check up before I have my veneers done.
Will make sure last few hours of the night I am chilling so I can attack leg day tomorrow.

No changes just moving forward, good few lbs Down since food adjustment over weekend
Brought fats down by 10 carb by 40 and it has pushed me forward hard.
Visuals are changing fast and I feel so much better in the gym so far every single session has progressed this week.

Removing gh here doesn’t make sense gh won’t impact fat loss and if it’s water just removing gh will see water loss from gh its self which doesn’t solve the problem here.Yeah you should if you aren’t moving and your tired
If you aren’t then you need to crack on and move forward with changes to get moving although 1700 calories I don’t have bikini girls diet on this so something is likely off with entire set up or how you set up this phase

Test is test, it literally does not matter.
Pct is an option if you are looking to come off and stay off for extended periods of time, if you are not then coming off and back on constantly does more harm than good.

Push, made a food adjustment yesterday and dropped 2 lbs over night lol

Impossible to do, you’d need to find a stage near you and take them on stage.
Camera set Belly button height, same place / same lighting each week fasted. Camera set 5/6 foot away from the person.
