I have just done a full year
Started after prep 32 weeks push up from a stage lean point – 10 week diet into 14 week push up.
Stick to primo & mast you won’t get any benefits over those using eq imo – eq is literally the only drug that makes me feel horrible and I get nothing from it. If your blood work is also good why change 0 reason for it bud.
I like a low low dose of insulin from start, my reason is pretty simple. Adding insulin when your already insulin resistant doesn’t make sense but keeping some in whilst your sensitive only keeps you more sensitive in a way

I’ve had some issues with BG honestly whenever I’d measure in the morning it would almost be around 5.7-5.9mmol. However when i do my HBA1C it’s around 4 so something was wrong there. Also for your push, when dieting did you lower the androgen load? If yes by what margin? And when restarting the push again did you titrate back to the starting dosage or jump straight into it ?

Do you hydrate first before you measure it ? Sounds like you was just holding more body fat than needed nothing wrong just a bit over saturated.

Immense leg day today, 0.4 up after adding extra 200 carb yesterday. Was a struggle getting food in but it was 100% needed as todays session was great up across all lifts and I’m sure tomorrow il be another few lbs done 🤣

It’s called a calorie deficit and picking the right mum and dad. Pretty much anyone can get them if they diet hard enough and have enough muscle there. Higher reps don’t give you striations.
Rest day – big drop today again today so will put some cals back in today, body is responding like never ever before so I am pleased!

First bit of shit coming off has made me feel a ton better! I wasn’t fat by all means was certainly leaner than 262 start point last year so I am pleased for sure but as always want / need more.
