    hi kuba, can you pls explain why your cycle plans are always more anabolics than test? Normally people keep the same amount or more of test than anabolics, thanks

    Normally people do that then they add ai on top which makes absolutely no sense as they are creating more DHT by doing so ( test + ai = mast / primo )

    Anyone with half a brain cell these days when it comes to anabolics use can see that maybe taking less drugs with a better stack Desing without ai is just a far better choice.

    Dean, I haven’t increased my volume I just shifted it so I can get more chest work in.

    I don’t do top set back off on this piece I work across 8-12 reps across all 3 sets.

    Push today – did session above felt great.

    Standing tricep bias x3
    Overhead tricep x3
    Lateral x3

    Posed post workout 272 today, by far best I’ve been at this weight but I am at a point where I feel a bit over saturated. I will run some pics in morning and il fill everyone in on my plan.

    It’s a method Jordan uses when driving up his deadlift, something I toyed around with but isn’t something I can do without my other days suffering.

    Set your weight target in those rep ranges and attack them week by week

    I would program a Deload only when they need it.

    I Deload when it’s needed, prep or offseason.

    Trying to push through being tired tried means no progress when trying to gain muscle or prep. Your goal isn’t fat loss when you Deload.

    Every deload is complete rest days and lower volume sessions.

    Rest day today – back to full volume next week, this is where I know it’s go time as I feel pretty decent.

    Hi Kuba,

    Just curious on how you do your deloading. Reading your last 6-8weeks in here, it looks like you did a bit of devolume/loading at the end of September and again end of October, so around a 3-4 week gap. Do you think that there is enough time here progressing, would you prefer a longer training period or is 3-4 fine for you? I know you base it off of how you feel and are recovering, and that with high food and pushing body weight you will feel more beat up than a ‘maintenance’ or health phase, but just curious as I know a lot of people preach 6-8 weeks or more before deloading. Cheers

    5 weeks all out with 1 week Deload

    I work in blocks of 6 weeks, those who preach 6-8 weeks probably don’t train hard enough.

    I can go all out for 5 weeks before I then need a re set. Some can do more some need less.

    It all depends on your set up, volume, recoverability and training intensity.

    The same as bb unless you are at elite level you don’t need anything more than some test mast or primo & decca

    There is no magic drug that drives strength.

    He probably needs to not listen to silly advice.

    Tren is amazing for muscle retention, other drugs do a better job for strength like good old simple decca.

    Orals will drive strength situationally but again – 0’point unless someone is already pulling 300 kg and squatting the same

    If they aren’t they are just trying to out drug the work

    So it looks like your HPTA axis has not recovered properly.

    Did you do any bloods pre taking AAs to see were you were naturally?

    You have 2 options –

    Move to your next cycle and then run a proper PCT as specified in the sticky here –

    re do the PCT properly and see what happens – I personally at your age would favour this option as I would be wanting to look at making sure I could recover this properly and if not then look at accepting this and what it entails.

    Its very much a decision you need to make though bud as its your body and you are only young.

    I got my bloods taken pre AAs, I will attach a picture to show the values pre aas.

    WHen i got my bloods back my initial plan was similar to your option 1 Peter. This was I thinking: yes my values are out of range, but they are slowly recovering. I fucked up my last pct and i think that is why it is taking so long

    I agree with you and Ryan that option 2 would be the safer option.

    Once you start taking peds at such young age your natural levels won’t ever be the same. Something I tell everyone who starts young just like I did

    Yeah but not always just depends on the kit you have available. Doesn’t really make world of a difference tbh until you are big and strong
