    Hi kuba, I saw your last Instagram post, quick question: for the back you prefer loading the shortened position first and while the session goes you load more and more the lengthened position ?

    Yeah but not always just depends on the kit you have available. Doesn’t really make world of a difference tbh until you are big and strong

    I haven’t no, the effects are clear and have been for many years. It isn’t something new or something we don’t already know

    Your heart will grow as does everything, ejection fraction is kept up by simply staying fit so that’s key.

    Once you down size and seize use heart comes back to normal.

    That’s literally all there is to know.

    Hyacine in his diary had said that one should never take hgh before training because of the rise in blood sugar. It’s strange because most of the pros here use it before!

    Growth hormone does not directly drive your blood sugar up, it changes the way your body uses energy.

    Even if it did, training would bring it down.

    Final day of rest, early night tonight and we are back in gym tomorrow.

    Needed this rest for sure & I cannot wait to get back in business tomorrow.

    First 2 sessions will be low low volume, I will go pull rest legs rest both sessions 1 set per exercise.

    Then back to full speed Saturday.

    whats the difference betwenn primo and masteron in practice? when would you use them?

    The difference isn’t that great.

    In practice some get on better with mast over primo and vice versa

    I use both as both have different properties however I do always go higher with primo as I find I get more out of it. My stack Desing doesn’t change off-season / prep.

    Mast tends to control progesterone better primo I have seen control estro better.

    Paul – bigger lats, grow bigger lat = wider lats you can’t change your shape or insertions you can just get bigger. Focus on good execution with lat biased movements.

    Day 3 of rest, feeling good, I can’t wait to get back in gym now, mental clarity is back much more productive this morning. Today/ tomorrow and we are BACK.

    The rest was needed for sure last 2 days I have been wrecked.

    Day 2 of rest done, 2 more days to go and we are back in action, first 2 sessions will be devolume work then back to full speed from next Saturday.

    2 days in and I already feel better, today I needed this afternoon to totally switch off so I did, then spent evening at joshes with his kids.

    Tomorrow morning I will get my cardio done and again will get work done nice and early then switch off. I can always tell I need the rest when all my work takes longer and longer to do.

    Mentally and physically fatigue comes hand in hand for me. When I’m smashed my brain function slows down lol

    If you are looking to run cycle after cycle and keep going up then it’s something to consider.

    If you are doing trt / trt + – not necessarily needed

    Really appreciate your feedback guys.

    So to clarify, there really isn’t a healthy middle ground where I can run a cycle a year and then PCT off properly?

    Ideally, I’d like to not necessarily hop on for life yet. But I also like having a boost for 3-4 months a year.

    Is there any way to have my cake and eat it too?

    Lastly — if I am going to stay off permanently — could you recommend a potential protocol to get me out of the dumps? Would be grateful.

    No, pct and coming off at this age after a cycle you just aren’t getting back to a level where you are healthy

    I wouldn’t bother at all or just run trt / trt plus which will be 10x healthier option to what you want.

    Can’t cave your cake and eat it, not realistic and doing these cycles then pct now is only going to lead to rock bottom natural test in future which will directly see your health plummet both mental and physical

    Unfortunately you have to ride it out, this is exactly why running cycles on and off like this is not a great choice you end up feeling like death for months on end

    Both will help keeping your LDL down

    At 35 I wouldn’t dabble at all or I would opt for trt route for life.

    Dipping in and out here is only going to make it 10x harder to restore your natural test.

    Hey guys, time to Deload. I’m pretty wrecked, rhr eleveated, waking up in middle of night in a panic lol that’s when you know your Fucked and your ready for a rest.

    I actually dropped into a de volume yesterday as I couldn’t grind through my reps like I usually can.

    Plan is to run 4 days off – pull de volume Tuesday rest Wednesday legs Thursday rest Friday –
    Back to full speed Saturday.

    Generally glute shots can set your sciatica off, this is why I am not a fan. Not to mention it looks awful having lumps on top of your ass all the time haha.
