Usual business,
Steps – cardio
check ins, more work, chiropractor,Feel great, body is feeling pretty good, appetite is decent going to see how weight moves over next few days and it’s time to push on! Sleep wasn’t best after legs but it never is and I managed a good nap this afternoon then sauna and bath.
Finish my steps for the day with the dogs and early night set for another big day tomorrow…. Every day is a big day right now if I’m honest!

Npp as a start point I would go with 100 mg, if you are prone to anxiety I find anything above 200 will trigger it more and more

Personally at this point I would do trt only with odd bit of primo if I was dieting for a holiday or something, you will get a ton out of very little here.
Trt 90% of the year – no pct or going up or down – it will do your body 0 favours, then add 200 primo if you want to do a trt + for any short duration of time.

Doesn’t do anything to lipids at this dose, devil is in the dosage not the drug.
I have ran 100 for 24 weeks and 0 issues with bloods they are the same as running just primo with test.

Was using due to the fact that I can’t focus day to day I struggle currently on adhd waiting list thought it might help me and wasn’t planning on using for appetite suppressant but definitely need it as I can’t stop eating

I literally see 0 use in this unless you have bad bad sleep apnea and you are struggling during the day.
It does nothing a good nootropic won’t do for you without suppressing your appetite & wrecking your sleep.

im in prep, ive doing 3on 1 off (pull/push/legs/rest) feelling that recovery Inst 100%! Fucked a bit my lowerback.Do you think that at 6 weeks out change to push/pull/off/legs/off would be a bad idea? Thank you!
It’s a great idea, you will recover better and progress a lot more.
You can only do what you can recover from! Especially now in prep it’s a great idea.

Hi Kuba,
How do you approach clients that just started with you with a high bf% and low maintenance kcal? For example a man with 20% and 1600kcal/day? First push up food a bit and let them get used to the structure, then gradually start dropping kcal/increasing cardio?

Anyone with this level of body fat isn’t eating 1600 kcal – they will be having huge binges that drive their weekly calorie intake extremely high
First work on their adherence – they will probably comfortably start to get leaner with 2.5 k calories and some neat baseline steps
I have come across This so many times, people claim to only eat 1600 calories minus the snacks that add to another 1600 lol

Pull day, holding 270 took some pics post workout and looked better than I thought. So happy days.
Getting the job done, appetite has picked up a bit which is nice comfortably getting food in now without feeling like I want to kill my self haha

You can’t prioritise both
Either run a phase where you get strong strong or try to grow
When you grow getting stronger is a much slower process, when you train to get strong you get stronger much quicker.
Pick a goal and stick to it can’t do both well at same time.
