    Hi Kuba.

    What do you think about carbs ciclying and TD/ND? when you use each one separately?

    what are the implications? I’ve seen that you tend more towards the TD , ND.

    I don’t believe in carb cycling, I lean towards eating more based of needs

    Training ? Then yes you need more calories

    Not training ? Then you need a. Little less as there is no training window

    Higher expenditure days or days with bigger sessions =
    More food

    That’s enough cycling for me. It’s very simple and most people who do cycling don’t really do it with much sense imo

    Pre bed supp stack is the same as always, dream sleep, full JP RANGE double up on omega pharma pro & 40 mg melatonin

    2 days rest back to back over this weekend, ready to get back to it Monday.

    I did extra 200g carbs yesterday and extra 50 today to hold weight – tomorrow I will likely need a slight food bump also to see me through into this push up.

    257 lbs today but some of that is just poor sleep as it hasn’t been the best last 2 nights. Will get an early night tonight and it’s game time.

    Great weekends catching up with some people I love and great results for team

    Somewhere around 8-10 for hen

    Legs devolume before London / tru athlete weekend, session went very well I am very very ready to get back to work from Monday, can’t wait to catch up with Jordan tomorrow and then back home and back in the zone!

    Micheal – I take with my pre meal, it starts to work after about 15 minutes peaks after 1/2 hours – doesn’t make sense to take it right before training as that would mean the insulin peaks after your workout

    Rest day, weight holding at 255/4 the last 7 days so we will be ready to push on – took pics again today and the look is improving a lot.

    The goal is to hold here for Deload week but I do need to be in a surplus from next week so I will likely take my cals up again from tomorrow / over weekend so I don’t see any drop in weight whilst I’m at tru athlete Saturday.

    If goal is keeping weight down I would keep npp out and use dht – npp will drive more water for sure so you will see a big shift in fluid also – you don’t get this with primo / mast so don’t see big shifts in weight

    Lats if you keep posture / arm path to bias lat

    I wouldn’t ever really train upper back in this position, poor choice imo as you have no bracing and position is odd to try and train upper back

    8 sets total – 50% volume reduction & scaled back on loading, gave the incline prime last shot and it’s going out – I can never get into a grove with it- trade off for having resistance profile adjustment isn’t worth with how shit it feels for me.

    Smith or dumbbell press il go with whatever I fancy as first movement then take it from there.

    2 more de volume sessions weekend off with tru athlete and it’s back to work Monday! Game on!

    Push pull legs would be a good move here now, lowering rest periods is only going to lower quality of your work and then we will have to do more sets to get more quality stimulus.

  • Key here is just dieting down, more body fat you hold less response you get to drugs and more aromatisation you get with higher body fat

    Get your body fat in check first run a diet then use a cycle to grow or your wasting time using drugs, you won’t ever recomp to the degree where you go from soft to hard you can only do that with getting lean – hence why post show is mega important as you hold then go straight into a huge growth phase.

    Stick to test mast / primo with tren or npp ( 19 nor at low dose ) there’s lots of people who think tren is devil. It ain’t devil is in the doses not the drug. I’ve seen countless blood work and 0 issues on low doses of tren / npp – issues happen at higher doses

    Again – drugs won’t give you much when out of shape, use less drugs – get body fat in check then grow and use more drugs – 400 npp would work if you was very very lean if you aren’t you’ll just be a balloon
