    45 ish lbs is max in 21 weeks

    This would need 35 weeks

    15 weeks fat loss ( 45 lbs ) off
    7 weeks reverse diet ( gain no more than 10 lbs.
    13 weeks back in to finish the job

    Day of rest, super busy day boxed off check ins steps cardio then back in for check ins and plans!

    Trip to the gym to check on builders putting up our new mez as we are expanding the gym so that’s looking pretty cool, we will be able to get some awesome down lighting for it too! Costco for some new tyres, Sainsbury’s and garden centre!

    Not used to days like this haha but means now I can totally switch off and chill as everything is completely up to date.

    Hi Kuba, started trt (100mg a week with eod jabs in delts ) 4 months ago after having low natural t (8.7) been feeling brand new but now started having sleep issues. No new stress been taking magnesium, melatonin etc but no luck. Any ideas what could be the causing or help please 🙏🏻
    Estrogen – 60
    Test – 937
    Shbg- 22
    All over bloods look to be ok and in ranges ..

    Sleep issues won’t be correlated to your trt, if anything sleep would improve.

    You may just be tired bud, when your super fatigued sleep quality tends to drop off, this won’t have any correlation to your trt

    300 test 600 mast – this is what I would do in this situation.

    Pretty bullet proof way to go with this to make sure you get 0 sides based of what you had said and make a ton of progress without need to mess about with cycle due to sides

    Unless you are an anomaly your estrogen is not going to be low on this cycle you just won’t feel trash from high estro or have any sides – mast and primo don’t actually directly lower oestrogen – they modulate androgen to estrogen ratio allowing you to handle more test but they don’t drive it down to this extent where your estro would be low nowhere near – they are not an ai

    Rest day, hit a new low of 252 so that’s nice, today has been a decent day so i am expecting another little shift tomorrow. Still got some dieting left as I need to be leaner than I am right now to be where I need to be.

    So we keep on moving, I was frustrated the other day about it but it’s needed as I know how much I can grow of a lean set point. When bf is higher drugs literally do fuck all lol

    1 kg per week is perfect as that’s only 2.2 lbs per week, you won’t lose any tissue keep that up

    Cycle is already in my log scroll back it is all there bud

    Rest day and weight is holding at 253 so will asses the look tomorrow and take it from there, pumps have been pretty nutty this past 3 sessions since the Deload so love training right now, weight is bugging me a touch but again not thinking in it too much. Will check visuals tomorrow and move forward and make changes need be!

    Work ticked off power hour as usual from wake time into my fasted steps and 20’min on stairs, then 1 hour and half tissue work and sauna straight after!

    My days right now are super structured and rigid just the way I love it & it’s needed if you want success at anything in life!

    Epic push and pull sessions, pumps have been nuts, feel like I am back on cycle now in the gym for sure as I warm up and I am already bursting full so buzzing to be in the gym!

    Usual sessions no changes and progress across all lifts too, diet changes in since Tuesday weight is moving decently but if I don’t see a shift il pull more to get job done.

    10th week dieting now and down from 280 to 253 so 27 lbs down and I feel like I have improved in areas too so body is going to be very much ready to grow!

    Sup kuba, when you gonna start building a new training program for a NEW cliente , i know this is relative but, did you have some avarage to how many sets per muscle per week, needs to start?

    It all depends on clients training age and the feedback I see from them so this will vary a lot as I will already be familiar with their ability to train which means that will give me a guide line as to how much volume they will need to work with moving forward.

    Hi mate,

    This is an ace approach if you have the kit that can facilitate, but it doesn’t seem like you do, so remove that as a factor.

    Set your sessions up to represent your physique goals, and wha your body allows you to do.

    Work super hard, be smart with all of your recovery factors, nail your food, be consistent, get hyooooge.

    If you’re already at that stage where you really do need to worry about the finest of details, look for a gym that has the kit you require.

    I am very much in line with rich the difference on these pieces only matters for guys who are really pushing and are already huge.

    If you aren’t 250 lean – don’t even stress about it

    I don’t have any really I love cybex & prime hence why I have both.

    Rest day was decent, busy day just how we like it! Work, 2 meetings and planning for the mentorship program! Can’t wait to get the ball rolling with it next month it’s going to be epic!

    This long eccentric is just going to limit your loading to a point where the stimulus won’t be so great to make any adaptations.

    You need control not slow, slow = less load = less tension – ultimately it’s tension that builds muscle so super slow eccentrics like this wouldn’t yield much for me at all I don’t think I’d be able to maintain my size either as if he forced to use less load with proper form meaning less tension than it is already been exposed to.
