Hey emil, it was on the pin stack nautilus, legs are pretty sore from it 🤣 I’m going to aim to do single leg stack for 20 when I can single leg again.
In for push today, hit a new weight low today 252.6 lbs so pulled off 4 lbs this week pretty much without any real changes which is epic.
The look is improving a lot now, not happy and won’t be remotely until we are back up to 280 and beyond but tidy tidy.
245 lbs will look decent once we get there over next 2/3 weeks then it’s time to grow can’t wait!

Real primo doesn’t hold any water at all buddy, no drugs get you lean
You will be fine with mast or primo, difference between both is like splitting hairs. I have seen some clients get more from mast and some more from primo so try both and see what you like best

Gp will probably not do anything unless test is super low and at the point they will want you to try gels/ patch’s and stuff first. I would go private tbh then you can be referred back to your gp

Legs and huge day for me on a personal level, I was invited to speak at marks event.
We trained after m2 and went straight to train station to get train to London, some stress with travel and more so with my adductor still playing up
So session went
Adductor
Seated ham
Sldl ( dropped it on 3rd rep as I felt it )
Lying ham
Leg press ( did pin stack narrow stance ) hit almost 50 reps on the stack – 5 min set I needed to do something horrible
Hip thrust
Leg ext
Calf raise1 set across each movement

Just a question regarding the final weeks of prep. Provided you’re lean enough, would adjusting your PED stack to drive estrogen low, contribute with the ‘muscle hardness/dryness’?
Say for example, the current peak dose is 450 test, 400 mast, 250 tren – would you then taper down the test, and taper up the mast for that effect? I’ve also read a number of logs where people have taken AIs for the similar effect? Is this something you would implement for yourself or your clients?

Tapering and even cutting out the test would absolutely have a huge impact – I found test doesn’t drive fullness at all that fullness is just water and estro
Driving up dht does drive full ness so swap test for more mast and = fuller and drier without need for ai

Rest day – posted up my blood work on my Instagram as I have had a few people ask here so there we are.
That’s how my bloods look year around and I actually have all my bloods to show this. Even at a week out from show they are comparable.
Proof in how effective TBJP range is.

Immense pull session ticked off, gym performance is great and I am feeling awesome in the gym.
The look is still soft and flat but it’s ok, little leaner so that’s a success! Weight dropped today nicely so we are edging closer to where need to be.
Probably another 10’lbs to clip off so I’d say this week and probably another 3 weeks ish of dieting maybe more. We’ll see, I am in perfect grove so I don’t mind running longer.

I really think it does matter, 5 meals is minimum for me, then 6 when food is higher
3 meals I don’t feel like you can digest the food well enough and if you goal is maximising MPS you want 5 feedings per day.
5 is the least I’d go to ever if my goal is building muscle or retention of the muscle.

Effectiveness does not diminish at all, this is how first cycle should be done.
Run just above trt and ride out the progress until you need more.I would only drop to trt here when you maintain after a push up then back up for a diet phase – rinse and repeat
