300 test 600 mast – this is what I would do in this situation.
Pretty bullet proof way to go with this to make sure you get 0 sides based of what you had said and make a ton of progress without need to mess about with cycle due to sides

De volume session took 7 hard hard sets so straight volume cut in half.
The session was absolutely immense to be fair, very happy to be back in gym. That’s when you know the days off did what they had supposed to!
Early night tonight and we are back in for pull tomorrow, we have our usual MK team meeting every Wednesday so can’t wait as there is a lot to go over and plenty of tasks to set for the ladies to work on for this week ( I’ve already done my bit haha )

Don’t take caffeine with thyroid meds it inhibits absorption of thyroid – 15-20 min windows between is perfect

If you are making progress go up another 10/15 lbs over next 3 months when your appetite shuts off then diet – you are seeing phenomenal progress as you said – string this out for as long as possible now

I think it’s extremely easy to blame peds for libido issues
This could also be high estrogen leading to poor libido not low especially if you are getting gyno
Lower test to 250 and bump mast to 350 instead or 400 here is what I would do.
Such a low cycle I wouldn’t bother with tren just add more mast and save tren when you actually need it for a big boy cycle bud.
Especially if your having issues controlling estro – tren in mix won’t help first let’s solve this and explore tren later when you need it.

Looks good if you don’t have digestive issues just keep eating my man if you are 65 kg push it up slowly over time to 80 diet back to 70 and rinse and repeat

Dropped into de volume from today, it has been a long chunk of time since I ran a Deload so it is over due.
I could feel it today and mark / meg were much the same, my adductor niggle is still feeling shit and probably felt worse today as popped it again slightly on my last rep of leg press so as you can imagine not happy

Hey Kuba, when in an improvement phase how should you divide your carbs in the meals not around training? I train after M2 and the current setup is:
M1-67g carbs
M2 (pre) – 101g carbs
Intra – 30g carbs
M3 (post)- 159g carbs
M4- 111g carbs
M5-79g carbs
Would you change anything here? Also, do you think taking a GDA with M1, M2, and M4 is beneficial?
This is fine bud as your food gets higher I would just add a 6th meal that makes most sense to me as food gets bigger to avoid GI stress

Immense pull day, I feel great right now sessions are flying the only issue currently is just sleep being off – some subconscious stress going off with a few things but just a reminder it’s a privilege to actually have these things happen. Luckily I have a team now around me I can delegate a lot issues to to deal with.
Weekly meetings with MK plus gym and now housing stuff to sort too! All systems go and another business venture that has been singed and sealed I will be able to talk about soon! Exciting times!
