Cycle here to a degree doesn’t matter that much, stick to test and dht ( same as I’d run in offseason )
Only difference I’d trying to get lean lean is I’d run test lower so that you have a clear picture of what fat vs water is – this only matters once you get lean 15/18% bf you just need to get lean bud so doesn’t matter that much

Rest day today, everything smashed nice and early – 2 clients peaked and looks like winning one in Canada one in USA. Both absolutely on the money so I am over the moon. Season starts with 2 wins fingers crossed.

I don’t I just lower the dose, taking a break isn’t going to do anything.Just lower the dose to a therapeutic dose of 2 iu per day.

Drop down to trt at 150’mg per week total nothing else
Coming off to go back on makes no sense, it does far more harm then good as you physiologically go through a period where you are hypogonadal and psychologically it’s even worse.
Best option
12 week on running a cycle of test with dht maybe tiny bit of decca if you feel good on it ( if you have wood issues I’d just stick to test / mast )Then 12 weeks on true trt would be best / healthiest option – some hcg during Trt will just keep your balls bigger doesn’t do anything else.

I remember reading all Jordan’s logs in prep in 2017 when I prepped my self for all my comps, most of my decision making was based of what I saw and read in his logs.

İ want to ask you a question about coaching , i want to start coaching and make some money for my bodybuilding aspirations and do not dependent to my family anymore , i want to grasp the concepts fully and dont want to mislead anyone i learned so much from here and im just trying to collect some clients ( which im struggling in that part too ) anyway, as you can guess i can not afford an educated coach for myself too , so my question is this i have some money which is ( hardly) enough for one of these courses : j3u or NASM which is better option for me with considering i have to coach myself for enhanced side too and maybe my clients ?
Also, i want to have high valuable skill which can create more money and i dont know which one is can give me that skills ?
Plus, i live in a country which with working 8,9 month in here full time ( which my gym performance suffers so much and with university and english class which i attend makes it impossible ) with no specific skill you barely can buy that kind of courses or knowledge ( with assumption of our money value not dropping any more than that in that 8,9 month time frame which is impossible )
İ dont want to waste time too, because that kind of courses sometimes they increase their price and that time its going to be impossible to afford that courses .

Yes i agree with you , im not saying being PT can have negative effect to my bodybuilding i mean other jobs have , and thats the reason i want to strat with being a PT
Unfortunately, i had a injury for a year and that took some time from me but im trying to nail my physique as you mentioned , im working on it

Firstly you need to get in shape your self, me and pretty much anyone I know got in shape before drugs so drugs have nothing to do with getting in shape and being stage ready.I mean I did Pt during day 7 days per week and worked during night 4 nights on top so I doubt any job is going to stop you getting in shape if you really want it.
Absolutely none of these things will help you coach until you have something to show from your own results and done it your self.
If you haven’t got in shape or ever done any of these drugs and actually studied them for years you can’t really think you’ll be able to do it from a course bud ? Stick to coaching and pt naturals first, if you ever do it your self then maybe consider the assisted route once you competed as natural and then explore further optioksn
For now your crowd should be one to one Pt to actually learn and understand how to coach and firstly get in shape your self or nobody will really come to you especially with no experience or any knowledge yet

Hello Kuba, pleasure being able to (kind of) speak to you. Kind of a fan moment- I love your work, truly.
I am 23 years young, 3 years into my training journey, I would say my knowledge is decent in regards to training and diet (but the diet side, never implemented it myself unfortunately). I have unfortubslty put on way too much fat due to a lack of training and pure laziness after work etc.
Getting back into training, now I know no split is perfect, but what would you recommend? I used to do PPL x 2 per week with one rest day in between a routine, so push, pull, legs, rest, then repeat. So 6 days. Is this too much? I feel like recovery wasn’t the best, I wasn’t necessarily sore but I wasn’t really looking forward to training and I feel like for example I didn’t know how to vary the pull days- with push, I had push A- chest focused and push b- shoulder focused (for example).
A) Would you recommend i carry on with this split considering I am able to recover ? And if so, how would you bias each push / pull day? ESP pull as push I already stated how I bias above.
B) I was thinking to switch to a PUSH, PULL, REST, LEGS AND UPPER BODY split- as you can imagine more recovery?

Focus on one goal at a time, either train to get stronger or train to build muscle trying to do both will yield very little results across both

Drop your test to 150 mg add some tamoxifen and then don’t go anywhere near as high with test,
You will likely need a mix of test and dht for a 500 total.

Ok I’ve spent all the morning binge Reading/watching the new and old Jordan’s videos and post haha 😂
I came up with this set up from an old Jordan’s facebook post and the setup looks a bit more fun to me than the “new” in the YouTube series (and that’s It to me, the fact that It looks a bit more fun).
“You will train each muscle twice a week (…)
One is going to be heavy, one light .
You will pick three variations. Let’s say barbell, dumbbell and machine.
So now we have 6 diff ways we hit each muscle, light and heavy on each of the above variations.
For the heavy session, you will do one rest pause set. The first part fail in the 6-10 rep range , rack the bar, rest, pick up the same weight and go again, grind out to failure maybe 3-4 more reps. Rack it, rest , and then you are going a third time and grind to failure 1 or 2 reps. So the rest pause total maybe 8 -4-2 so 12 reps total. That goes in your log book.
For the light session we will do the same rest pause set up but first set fail 15-20 reps. So the total for the light maybe 20-10-5 , 35 total , log booked.
Now each week I want you to work through your variations. So after 3 weeks will go back to variation one , check your log book total, and absolutely smash that number , trust me you will.
I want you to do this every week, for 6 months (…).
The kicker , DO NOT do more work. This is it , twice a week, the volume is low , but the intensity of those rest pause sets is sky high , grind the reps over and over.
Again, I’m just paying forward some of the DC esq approaches I have been fortunate enough to have shared with me , progressive overload is and always will be the most effective way to grow.

Hit some good numbers, 11 reps with 4 and half plates on gym shop pull down and I think I can get up to 6 pps on this piece by December / January – all other lifts up
The only thing that’s a bit shitty is just the sleep starting to take a hit a little last 3 nights energy dipping a touch so we will see.
