    Time to switch to upper and lower split – this will generally happen as you get more momentum into that split – this is where next step is upper lower 🙂

    Hey Kuba,

    Question regarding HGH and also blood glucose. If you were running 6iu GH a day would 2iu pre, 2iu post and 2iu before bed be a good protocol? I train in the morning so the first 2iu would be around 5am, 2iu around 8 and then bed around 9 so 2iu 8:30pm or so.

    Also just wondering if you are monitoring blood glucose would you test upon wake and then an hour after your biggest carb meal of the day?

    Hey bud, here I would just test fasted and then potentially mid day an hour after a meal, if I am honest I generally just test fasted as later in the day there will be far too many variables that could impact your BG readings.

    The dose split is perfect, 6 iu I do prefer split into 3 shots the most and this split works perfectly bud. Larger the shot the more insulin resistance it drives imo 2 iu shots across the day is what I find most effective and protects insulin sensitivity as I have ran up to 8 iu without slin split into 2 iu shots ( I’d never do that again lol ) but you get the drill

    At 6 iu I would look into lantus too bud as a prophylactic measure more so and metformin pre bed.[/quote]

    Metformin can cause gi stress, using it pre bed I have seen completely stops that with most.

    Water intake or intoxication is last thing id ever have in my mind.

    Pound the water make sure you add plenty of salt and don’t worry about it

    You’d have to literally try to drown your self for this to happen

    Hi Kuba thank you very much for having this thread open have learnt a lot from you. I am currently on 300 test and 540 primo, want to introduce NPP or EQ at 150 per week. If you keep on top of RBC count if needed with blood donations for EQ, or use Vitamin B6 P5P for prolactin with NPP? Which would YOU suggest going with to build muscle. Thanks very much!

    I’d just increase test and add more primo

    Neither builds more muscle imo – they all do same, npp will just make you hold water that can aid in performance but realistically when you go into close to a gram dosages I’d stick to test and dht

    You get the least sides – 0 issues with controlling e2 – adding nandrolone or eq is like asking for issues either with bloods or aromatisation

    I’d go up 50 mg test and take primo to 700

    You’ll get a lot more from that than adding eq or npp imo –

    Npp is an option situationally yes but that’s something I’d probably look into with big boy cycles when dht is high high.

    If your body fat is high ish then it makes sense your fasting BG won’t be low bud.

    Before you measure blood sugar make sure you get hydrated first to check, I very much doubt that will be your true reading.

    Another consideration some may need to think about is the dawn Phenomenon, it is mostly applicable for people with diabetes but I don’t really think it is true as i have seen similar readings with some guys who are lean and very sensitive.

    When you sleep your at rest so body doesn’t really need any energy, your liver will dump some glucose into blood stream as you wake to give you some energy in short.

    Another point could be gh if you are taking it pre bed at higher dose or your pre bed meal sitting heavy.

    Insulin dose I would base of your carb intake / bodyweight, timing isn’t that important I personally take it upon wake if using lantus but I do know some long insulin diabetics actually take pre bed ( isn’t needed imo unless you got diabetes ) we are using it as prevention bud remember that.

    Thanks for the reply. Im taking only 5iu GH before training, about 16:00 and going sleep at 21:30, wake up 4:30 for cardio. its not much gh but enough to elevate my BG. Even at the end of my cut when calories were low and cardio was 7x80min, morning BG was 90. Maybe im overthinking. So u think i shouldn’t focus so much on morning BG lvl and more important is monitoring between meals during the day?

    90’is still a decent reading so as long as it stays around there and your getting good pumps and your not fat your good

    Hey Kuba, couldn’t find it on YouTube or Instagram.

    What’s the intra workout stack you run? Coconut water, sustain, performance fuel?

    That’s right sustain addition you don’t really need coconut water but I do like the taste lol,

    Currently I do 25g mps max mid session 2 hour after pre meal 2 hour before post meal – 30 performance fuel 30 sustain I start to sip with set 1 and finish before last exercise bud

    Anavar only 6 weeks shouldn’t be an issue – personally I’d just go without if your travelling what are you going to get out of it ? Not much really so not worth hassle. Get back home lock in and then go with a cycle once your food and training is on

    Early start Rest day, bw moving nicely 260.4 today and feel a touch leaner. Deffo need to be around 245 for a lean start point for big push up. Cardio / steps / sauna all boxed off!

    Drugs and food only works when lean ish, fatter you get the less response you see as you are literally oversaturated. Huge reason why I don’t feel like it is beneficial to run longer than 30 weeks ish in a surplus and get too far out of shape.

    Busy day today, client work and meetings so we are rocking and rolling. Few exciting ventures this year happening!

    Hair cut & tissue work with rnr.

    Currently having some tissue work every rest day.
