Hi Kuba hope all is good! Is there any negatives to using nova insulin with a meal that contains fats? For example if your pre meal has some additional fats in it. Thank you!

Ultimately it comes down to your total calorie intake, don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t use fast slin with higher fat meals but some is fine
Your body doesn’t recognise if it’s exogenous insulin or it’s your own produced in your pancreas!

Rest day and gone over a chunk of my programming, lowered volume a touch for this phase as we have at least another 7/8 weeks of dieting to get tidy.

Leg day today
265.8 so nice bw drop and I do feel leaner. 8 days back on cycle so I am expecting a nice shfit in visuals, I will run most of my diet on low dose before I ramp up a little. I don’t need much drugs right now as I have held all my size and Strength on trt, save the drugs for when I will grow!

3 weeks trt with 1 mast addedBlood work at week 4 was pretty bang on HDL being a touch lower aside which don’t an issue as overall cholesterol was low as it always is

Hey Kuba, in what you’ve seen with clients who’ve used aas for 5+ years, is recovery to natural levels common and is it worthwhile going through the long process? I can imagine the resulting lowered hormone levels to be a challenge physically and mentally
I haven’t seen anyone get full recovery after 5 years + use. Trt job that mate or you can just live with low test and poor health.

Push today, session was decent but I can’t see my self being able to progress the flat prime well over time it converges too much for a tricep bias press so will likely move that to just regular dip

Boxing fundamentals, hire a boxing coach or go to a good class 1/2 sessions per week.
You can use this as cardio, unless you are 250 lbs + it won’t impact your recovery until you are big big.
Boxing is like riding a bike, once you learn fundamentals it’s there for life. You’ll be far more confident knowing 95% of people who just fight on street literally can’t throw a punch so your safe in any encounter lol

Trt plus anavar doesn’t make sense may aswell just stay on cycle – point is to recover anavar is going to half your HDL so makes no sense

Peter questions head to my q&a log, remove yobimine and that will help. Providing all variables are on track it will help , then add yobimine in later if it’s affecting your sleep.
Dan – it’s only been 4 weeks since I have had my treatment, I think it’s going to be a game changer for anyone who is looking for longevity.
