    Big rest day, first steps tissue work followed by cardio and steps!

    Energy has been very high today – caffeine intake is still very Minimal with small coffee pre workout and no caffeine on rest days at all

    Juan prime row – only one I don’t have same as Jordan has. Once these come that’s full range of prime here.

    Early night tonight and we go again tomorrow with legs can’t wait

    Wake up early enough and you’ll be falling to sleep nice and early

    Immense session today added 3rd set of prime rows and removed one set of pull over – accommodating resistance on it makes most sense so that’s what I opted for today

    Hanging leg raise ( use this as a warm up / pre hab )
    S/a Pull down x2

    Hs single arm row x2 ( will switch this to prime once it comes or even cybex )
    Pullover x1
    Reverse cable fly x3

    Stick to machines for now purely for safety rather then trying to work with dumbbells, stick to movements that cause the least pain and slowly work up your range of motion then focus on loading it up.

    Flat cybex
    Flat prime
    Prime cables
    Single arm lateral
    Push down
    Overhead ext

    2 sets across and solid progress across all lifts, love walking into the gym every day as we are seeing some epic progress across all lifts so super happy.

    Used our new prodigy cables from prime they are immense.

    Visuals are moving a long nicely this week too!

    Insulin use like this will prevent diabetes not cause them, personally I prefer a slightly lower dose.

    You can build up to 30 iu but that’s for big big guys, most can get away with 10-20 iu lantus with 3-5 iu huma around training

    Your food intake dictates insulin use – it also dictates the length of you running insulin, lower the slin intake as you diet then remove it if you get super lean then back in once food goes back up.

    Very very busy rest day, non stop from the morning,

    Big day of check ins followed by therapy work and then straight to gym to plan where all new machines will go and what will go up on new mezzanines

    4 cybex this Saturday
    3 prime landed today ( 6 in total as 3 more coming November
    3 gym lecco soon
    17 nautilus soon

    Gym is going to be decent with all new stuff and improvements in place

    Immense leg day with Oscar today!

    Put some good work in on the pendulum, 5 plates x12 and 6×5

    I will drive 5 to 15 and 6 to 10 reps once I do legs will be fully blown

    I stacked the prime adductor too for reps so super happy

    Strength held immense through this phase so we will see all time performance across this diet never mind push

    Calf press x3

    Excellent session and feel like I can walk through walls

    Try it and see how you get in, you’ll know if you need to make changes once you start.

    Don’t pay attention to much other than driving up the loading across all these lifts super hard

    That is a great way to standardise your reps, I do prefer to run a pause across movements like this pretty much constantly.

    Re set loading if you need to and add them in it’s a great way to add more stimulus if you have gotten carried away with them

    Yes insure 3x per day or with all carb meals bud will help tremendously

    It won’t accelerate things but will see your body more efficient at using the carbs

    One last Kuba question please; did you get this huge doing this style of training or did you gain all these muscles doing a split with a lot more volume?

    I grew most when I lowered my training volume, I was noticeable smaller Doing higher volume never really got over solid 250, hit 280 this year in better condition

    High volume works well if you want to stay small
