Hey. I actually would like to know what you do with the rice flakes. Do you just blend them dry and cold into the water and protein powder? Or do you cook them like regular rice or preheat in the oven like many do with oatmeal etc? 🙂 Thanks bud

I don’t think so, I have clients use topical finestaride and it works pretty well they apply it on their head ( bold bits )
That can help or a trip to Turkey

At moment you won’t be getting any quality protein aside from the mps so here I’d stick to mps over eaa

Solid pull day ticked off still taking progression 4th week into trt phase and in a pretty harsh deficit too! Feel great 0 issues with recovery! Sleep is a touch off just with being a little busier but again no biggie. Will update sessions tomorrow

I go straight into trt bud, clean out phase doesn’t make sense. First 10-14 days it clears out pretty fast for me. I could run bloods literally 2 weeks after and my test would be bang in range. Not a fan of doing those personally unless you are just running tiny cycles and your on true trt most of the time. I’m not, my cycle ended at almost 280 lbs so it takes some drugs to hold that at least [/quote]

I have on YouTube and can share next lot of bloods with Dave from Thursday coming up.Even peak blast the only thing out of range really is HDL – ldl is never an issue neither is anything else so I’m lucky really

T3 wouldn’t make you lose bodyweight or add bodyweight to this degree
Throwing an arbitrary number like 4 weeks to remove t3 doesn’t make sense, t3 is safest to remove when BW& calories are higher that’s when your thyroid recovers the quickest.
2 kg gain is down to your surplus being too high lower food so you gain at a controlled pace.
Remove t3 when food and weight gets higher.

Appriciate the diet update Kuba. Do you think it matters if you use whey as a protein source or COR as a carb source pre and post workout? I somehow always done it like this, but I see you use actual food as food sources around training.
Makes no difference I prefer to eat a meal and then whey post always. I see no issue using it pre and post and I have a lot of clients with a sweet tooth do the same 🙂

Stick to hack squats to get this kind of knee flexion and range of motion
Heels off leg press is just going to limit how much load you can use – less gains
Stick to movements you can stay as stable as possible in.
Thank you for the reply Kuba. My gym doesn’t have any squat pattern machine unfortunately so I do smith machine squats as my main movement and i love it. The only other thing we have are 2 pin loaded leg presses and 2 hammer strength plate loaded leg presses. I struggle to connect with the leg presses as the platforms are all flat. The only leg press I’ve ever connected well with is a nebula one as it has a slanted foot pad so I can get really good depth comfortably.
My gym does have the prime wedges to put under your feet to get more squat depth. That’s why I was asking about maybe split squatting. [/quote]
Bring your feet low and it will be impossible to not get a connection with it, HS leg press is probably one of the best linear leg presses made there is 9 need to adjust it

Okay I’ll do that and I think I’ll need to work on my ankle mobility a bit more to help me get more depth. How would you add the split squats in? My leg days are:
Legs A:
-seated ham curl x3
-smith squat x2
-leg press x2
-leg extension x2
-glute drive x1
-seated calve x3
Legs B;
-adductor x2
-SLDL x2
-seated ham x2
-leg press x2
-leg extension x2
