    This is going to be down to whatever you are doing in the gym execution wise, physio or tissue work won’t help if it gets over used or done in the gym.

    So it’s worth looking at your execution across these lifts

    Yes Kuba – what’s your opinion on escalating fat burners during a diet/prep?

    Say for instance your previous preps were using peak dosages of 20mg Yohimbine + 80mcg Clenbuterol, how much time would you give before titrating up to say from 20mcg clen to 40mcg and from 10mg Yohimbine to 20mg. Is 2 weeks more than sufficient?

    I much prefer the idea of getting as much as I can get from minimal dosages, whereas a few years ago, I admit I’d go full send and from week 1 start straight at 80mcg clen and be shaking like a leaf suffering with ridiculous anxiety 😅

    I make changes based of feedback I see, so we look at tools we have for fat loss, expenditure increase, calorie drop, fat burner increase.

    So changes are made the same as when we make a food change, it’s done when it’s needed not just out of a time frame.

    100% agree bud getting most out of the least is key.

    Hey bud

    So it all depends on what your plan is, at this age if you do decide to use you’ll be on trt for the rest of your life

    That is a consideration that you have to make before you do go ahead

    If you do, I would diet on trt alone then cycle if you wish to do so once body fat is off ( as lean as you can )

    Try it at the start of your pull day with rest on either side of it

    I wouldn’t ever run RDL late in session would always be up at the start somewhere

    100 t4 25 t3 is a start point for a replacement dose; run your bloods there after that and see where this puts you

    Wait to drop t3 and4 once food and bodyweight gets higher

    Sea kelp will help Ofcourse but it’s more so calories and weight that recover the thyroid

    Metformin has ton of data on anti aging and reducing oxadative stress alongside of controlling insulin sensitivity.

    Anyone with diabetes in family in this game is something I would a 100% count in.

    Man sessions fucking hurt but we are here for it, taking it day by day and not letting off.

    278.6 this morning so weight is holding up nicely, I am aiming to hold my weight around here until I am back from Colombia and then it’s diet time.

    1g per kg coming from monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, this is the number I have seen huge shift in people who do struggle with hormones.

    Fats aside if your stress levels are high and lifestyle isn’t on point it won’t do much.

    Either add t4/t3 or go back into a surplus and get your BW back up for your thyroid to recover.

    All depends on what your goal is now, if you are going to continue dieting it will be wise to go down the route of HRT

    Day of rest for me today, busy day blasted out and early night before legs tomorrow.

    Cardio and 5000 steps today I tried to really make sure I chill as much as possible!

    Body is feeling better today, by the end of the week things will deffo pick up nicely.

    There is room there to go up another 5-10 lbs bud for sure, condition is still good and if you are feeling on point keep it up man!

    There will come a point where your appetite dies that’s when it will be the time to hold and diet

    4-6 iu gh is reasonable for most 8 if you are really pushing and you are already big.

    If you lost your gains post insulin use you didn’t use insulin properly, I have never heard or seen anyone use insulin effectively and lose size after unless it was Milos protocols as that was just glycogen fullness not muscle

    Pull day today epic session weight is holding without issues I feel a bit better but certainly time to let this settle.

    Training day food may need to come down by 100g ( down to 950c) just to give me a touch more stress relief.

    Good progress across the session today!
