About to start a 16 week push up phase.
Im sitting at a realistic 10-11% bf.
Would it really be THAT beneficial to drop weight down a couple more weeks or will I be better off using that time to grow, since offseason wont really be that long?
I would if time is there, 16 weeks from 8-10% is going to be epic. Do you have any pics ?
Leaner you are better you will grow, and scope to stay tidy is key there imo too!

Good Morning Kuba! How low would you go calorie wise on someone who needs to drop junk bodyfat to get lean lean for a growing phase? And how much weight drop per week is acceptable at max? Thanks!
Hey so initially it wouldn’t be a huge drop, pull enough to go into a big deficit so 20% of total daily calories would be perfect to see a good rate of loss.
3/4 lbs per week intially is acceptable, less there after that bud

Hi Kuba, what do you think should change in training (if someone must change) with the age (over 40-45)? Frequency? Nr of wo/week? Volume? Ecc
Nothing unless you need to.

Re set your load and start again and run a few weeks in diff rep ranges, that’s how I like to get past these sticking points

Hi Kuba, in your opinion what are the main benefits of lowering GH dose during a maintenance/cruise phase? For example going from 5iu to 2.5iu for the cruise phase, as opposed to staying on 5iu the whole time. Thank you sir!
The whole point of dropping to a cruise is to give your body a break from the drugs, gh isn’t totally without sides, higher doses of gh still being about some stress on the body so it makes sense to also lower it in line with the drug use.

Day 2 of rest.
Feel epic had a great night sleep and feeling very good so one more day and we get back in gym with some de volume sessions.
Samson is over on Friday to train so I cannot wait!

Pull day done decent session but we are absolutely wrecked.
Rest days & de volume sessions are needed. Plan of action 3 days rest and 6 de volume sessions to go down.

With training it is very simple
Pain= something is off with execution
No pain = your good to go.
The only pain we should mostly experience is muscular not the connective tissue

This is going to be down to whatever you are doing in the gym execution wise, physio or tissue work won’t help if it gets over used or done in the gym.
So it’s worth looking at your execution across these lifts

I don’t recall ever seeing you do any lifts bud so unsure what has been incorporatedIf you are getting pain whilst training it is always down to something you do. Most cases too much load.

In most coasts protein doesn’t need to be reduced unless you are taking in a large amount of carbs
Fats do not need to increase, goal is replenishing glycogen stores. Fats don’t do that.
If you lose weight of the back of it you haven’t done anything but dropped some inflammation, you should be looking at a slight bodyweight increase
1-4 lbs depending on someone’s BW
