Hey Kuba hope you’re good.
In your latest video you spoke about how the overhead tricep extension was good for shoulder health. What are your other tips for improving shoulder health? I struggle to feel over head tricep and side raise movements on my left shoulder and it also gets pain sometimes when I press. Any tips?
Good execution bud, training your shoulders with good range of motion and correct execution – ever since I’ve scaled back in load and I train my arms / shoulders / back with good form and full Rom my shoulder health has been incredible – 0 niggles at all

Unreal session; you can always work harder regardless of what you think.
Session was
Lying leg curl 2 sets plus drop sets forced reps
Seated leg curl 2 sets with forced reps
Leg extension Triple drop set forced reps and the works
Safety bar squat 1 set
Unique hack 2 sets plus forced repsUnreal session balls to the wall

Flat dumbbell is a better option there buddy for sure!I would then do tricep compound
4 compounds you won’t be able to progress well so cut one out rest is good

Bent over tbar row with a narrow attachment does very little work for the lats, if your late are a weakness directly train the lat with lat movements – I have back training walk through videos on the site and toutujenb

I want to run push-pull-off-legs-off with only one rotation
However how can I implement a squat pattern, a hiphinge (SLDL) and a big rowing movement (t-bar)? Is it fine to do SLDL and tbar rows in the same day?

If you are doing one rotation I’d pick one or the other or you just won’t recover from it and be able to make decent progress.
I’d pick an sldl personally on pull and then squat on leg day
Push pull off legs off
Is the only split that will let you run both and recover ok enough and even then as you get stronger one will need to go

I tend to keep fats lower,
0.5 g per ky bodyweight
Protein 2.5/3g per kg bodyweight
Rest of macro filled with carbs – pro and fat stay pretty static

Then once you do, accept it’s ok to be hungry and aim to take your calories up super slowly so you can keep your appetite across most of your gaining phase

What is your opinion regarding DHB for muscle building properties? Gram for gram do you prefer Primo or DHB during a growth phase? Thank you!
Dhb made me feel horrible, I got less results from it than primo

Leg day yesterday was decent! I was a touch fatigued going into it and legs were actually slightly under recovered. The pendulum was painful and I actually did block pull.
The pull still felt horrible so I will see if I leave it on or not. At this weight I don’t feel like I am getting anything from it at all.

We don’t have any in British gyms we just crack on. Ventilation is last thing I would look at when picking a gym.
