If you are looking to stay healthier and protect lipids I would actually opt for test and masteron ( drostalone )
Every other day / daily shots are always best.
You don’t need Aromasin or tamoxifen at all with this set up
I would go for 350 mg test 200 mg masteron per week to start with bud, then add anavar later if needed or extra mast.

You can go ahead and do both
I’d knock the cardio and steps down a bit for recover reasons but keeping some in for general health and fitness maintenance
Cals you just go by feel and look, start out with 3-500 bump first week and then assess from there
You can also do higher bumps on weaker body part days, and lower bumps on non training days if you don’t want to do a large jump across all days

Key is taking your time here and making sure you add food only based of scales
Hold weight condition improving add 200 cals
Do not add more if you are gaining
Aim for a gain of 1/1.5 lbs per week over next 25:30 weeks, hold 5 weeks – diet again for 10

Hi bud – hope all is well mate. I was just after advice with regards to an injury and what what you’d recommend to do.
I’ve completed 20 weeks of pushing up and I’m currently in my 8th week of a health/maintenance phase – I was ideally looking to start dieting and increasing cardio as of next week, however I’ve injured my right knee – meaning I currently can’t do any quad work which involves bending the knee – this is looking at 6-8 weeks to recover according to my osteo.
Despite the injury, I am able to do steps, cycle my spin bike, and do quad movements on my left leg. And of course – I can perform upper body without any issues.
Would you recommend to continue onto the dieting phase? If so, would you advise to implement a single leg extension, press, squat? Or just avoid these movements until knee is fully healed?
Or would you continue with the health/maintenance phase? – I don’t compete, so I don’t have any deadlines, however I was aiming to complete my dieting phase for 20 weeks where I have a holiday planned mid August.

If you can do steps, cycle and spin this pretty much puts you in a decent amount of knee flexion.
So my plan would be working unilaterally mainly for all quad work, hamstrings stick to your regular compounds in still ( RDL / sldl ) then move into unilateral leg press and leg ext – train good side as normal ( this will keep a ton of muscle on weaker side ) and then do literally what you can with injured side even if it’s leg press with no load, do it and progress it patiently work in 30/40 reps do anything to get a ton of blood in there bud
I would diet regardless and rehab and train around it bud
Use next 10 weeks to rehab and get as lean as possible to set your self up to grow [/quote]

Split into daily administration or lower dose
Using ai doesn’t make any sense for trt
We have already gone over this with you buddy
Whole point of using trt is to feel good and generally be healthier, using more than needed to then add ai on top one as harsh as letro is going to cause havoc on your lipids and lower estrogen where building muscle or healthy libido will be trash
Higher estrogen if anything is beneficial from a health perspective and for gaining tissue / sex drive

I’ll have the videos to you very soon. This isn’t really a training question, just about the hardbody wrist wraps. Do you find that they’re more supportive than other brands you’ve used? I use the 1MR ones and they’re not in the best condition was thinking of getting a new pair, wondering which you’d recommend and if they’re at all different.
They are very good quality, so far the kit has far exceeded my expectations! They are class bud worth the £ for sure man! My code is kuba on the kit I think

Can’t wait to get stuck back in, will likely run 1 set on compounds for first 2 sessions and slightly less volume Saturday also.
I have my client over from America for 3 sessions also from Saturday! So looking forward to absolutely smashing him haha

Generally doctors would prescribe you 100 mcg initially, then run blood work after 3/4 weeks to see where this dose puts you at, if you need more / less blood work will accurately let you see dosing.
Everyone will see slight diff results so dosing varies slightly for HRT

As you get more advanced, stronger and more accurate you need less volume.
What’s too much for one actually may not be enough for other
If you are making progress week to week lifts are going up without major fatigue you are good

May need another day tomorrow, will see how I feel this afternoon. Had rnr this morning deep tissue and boxed my cardio off!

The only time I would ever pct to restore HPTA axis would be when I was planning on staying off for a long time, if you come off and successfully manage to restart your HPTA axix to then shut it down doesn’t make sense
Trt is a better option if you are going to cycle on and off

Good morning all
Late light last night as I was totally trashed, we have stopped in Durham at the tree houses. Unreal place and fairly priced! So last night soon as i got back from the podcast I was straight in sauna and jacuzzi!
Had some client work to catch up on so that got done! Up at 7:15 ( very late for me ) and straight into gym for my cardio!
One thing that paid off was certainly my fitness. Last night, recovery in between sets was epic! I was ready to get after it every single time!
I don’t actually feel too Fucked today, our sessions generally have a touch more volume so in terms of fuckery this was just as equally horrendous….. in a beautiful way!

I free bar squatted first time in over a year hit 8 reps on safety bar with heel elevation easily! Reps were decent too
