Hi Kuba,

When I got my blood work done back in January I noticed my estrogen was up a little over 20 points than it had been in the past. Since starting trt (150mg per week) I had been around 50-51pg/ML. This last blood work was after my first competition, now it’s at about 73pg/ML. I was running up to 400mg primo at one point during prep, do you think the removal of the primo has caused a permanent elevation in my estrogen, or is there no correlation there? I saw there’s a new estro control product from TBJP, is that something I should consider using? I have noticed I’ve been feeling pretty tired just overall the last few months, I know some people can say that can be a byproduct of too high of estrogen but I’m not sure. Thanks for your help!

Hey bud higher estro isn’t an issue at all, now primo wouldn’t lead to permanent elevation of estrogen if anything it would come back in healthy range.

Have you added more body fat over this time ? When body fat is higher we convert more estrogen. This could be a huge factor with it.

Estro control is a tremendous product as a prophylactic especially on trt for sure
Thanks for the response, so while I have added some body fat back on, my body composition is a lot better than it was the last time I was at this weight. My last InBody scan came back at around 11% compared to last year I was at 14-15% at this weight. If that estrogen level isn’t concerning I won’t trip too hard, just trying to understand my body and if I can correlate certain things I’ve been dealing with. Thanks again!
So the way I actually go with estro I literally go of feel, if you are not noticing sides I like estro higher 99% of the time, so much benefits from it with health & performance bud

Run it high no probs if you notice sides – use estro control to reign it in

Take 4 days total rest just hit 8000 steps keep to training day food for those 4 days

If you are fatigued you will likely see a good drop in weight ( water and inflammation ) from doing so.

Then get back to work after that, eventually you’ll likely need to bring calories down I would personally pull 15 g fats from both days next time you pull cals down

Anavar is going to be a better compound when we look at the benefits from a performance stand point, fullness and how mild it is when it comes to managing your lipids – winstrol wrecks havoc on blood markers over longer time frame used.

Neither will get you dry, getting dry comes through getting lean.

Anavar is not a fat burner – clen will help but I don’t see the need to add it when body fat is high high right from the start

If you are not in a calorie deficit nothing is going to see you get leaner or lean lean, start with setting some baseline steps, set a diet up and get things moving without drugs.

Going above natural range is NOT trt

Trt is testosterone replacement therapy – it is meant to keep you in range my man.

Now is going slightly above going to have huge downsides ? Probably not.

Is it safer ? Not as safe as true trt

Metformin & insulin are not the same, both have differnt properties and benefits.

Igf won’t be affected these studies were done on aging population with extremely high doses

Metformin I use for anti ageing mainly and use it regardless of insulin use or it

Solid pull session yesterday took some very nice progress across lifts and certainly felt a huge pump. This is always the case when a little bit fresher, the pumps get nasty.

Session:

Hanging leg raise x1
Single arm Chest supported nautilus pull down – lat x2
Single arm Gym shop row lat x2
Lat cross body pull over x2
Prime upper back row x2
Single arm hammer low row upper back x2
Rear delt high cable fly x3
Bicep preacher x2
Single arm bicep lengthened range x2

I think this probably comes down to mindset, life will make sure not every day is perfect!

It’s your choice as to how you let that affect you. I have had some of my best sessions under less than optimal circumstances

It all comes down to your mindset

Hello Kuba, do you plan to post the teamcalls in the future again? As an not mk coaching client, i think they are great value for the YT community 🤜🤛

The calls are planned and done weekly to provide value for paying clients, not something I am willing to give away for free as that’s literally reason why I charge what I charge – value for money. That value is gone if I give this away for free

The difference is how much fatigue you accumulate from it, it is not frowned upon it’s just not a smart third to do.

Does it work ? Yes
Does it cause more fatigue ? Yes

What leads to poor muscle retention during prep ? Fatigue

Spreading your activity through the day is literally effortless. Why would someone want to literally trash them self with a massive stint if expenditure in one go when energy levels are already compromised from being lean ? Doesn’t make any sense bud at all

Hey bud, I just made a post on this

If you are going away take that time to Deload
When you get back you will be slightly de trained so expect first 2/3 sessions to basically find your feet again

After a week off 3 sessions back I would run at lower volume also before you turn it up a notch.

Let your body build back up after rest rather than throwing the hammer at it

Beginners and intermediate won’t have an accurate assessment of where their true RIR is, this is exactly why the system just doesn’t work well for most, people think it’s 3 RIR but really it’s 5/6 and so on.

I have honestly seen decent size guys run the system and wither away completely, I haven’t seen a single heavily muscled individual using this system either.

Unless you are extremely advanced you won’t have an accurate assessment of your true RIR as you will still need to learn how to truly take your sets to failure. Focus on that first you will get tons of results just getting after it with good form.

0 rir on most compound lifts is impossible, 0 RIR means literally failing on your eccentric, 99% of people do at least 1 true RIR.

Don’t concern your self with RIR at all

Take your sets as far as you can SAFELY.
