Hold, the last thing you want to do is diet straight away when reaching new size and bodyweight.

Holding phase 8 weeks 6 week tidy up to re set your appetite and prime you for a push up to go again for 20+ weeks.

Thanks Kuba, sounds good to me. So would you advice a 14 week health phase here or are you saying tidy up for another 2 weeks while anabolics are reintroduced?
8 week holding phase stsrt tidy up whilst in health phase

Health phases are and should be determined by your health

Run bloods see how good they are then decide, you might need 8 might need 12 might need 6 all depends on bloods

You can tidy up on lower anabolics then re introduce cycle for other half of tidy

All of it, it will be slightly biased towards upper portion of the pec but honestly

It’s literally all of your pec imo.

Ok, I was looking to add it as my main upper chest movement but wasn’t sure which part of the chest it would hit. 15-30 degrees hits upper chest yes?
Hits entire pec with a small bias towards upper if you want more upper shelf it’s incline and high inc work

Narrow grip / elbow tucked Dumbbell press could be a great option here also

Push session was class, swapped my incline prime press for Atlantis and certainly ticked a box! Prime moves at an arc making it hard work to progress without pain, some people fit it well some don’t.

Hit 6 plates and half x6 and 5 for 10! So it’s a great start point!

Will continue to bully all other movements up bit by bit.

Rest off the session was

Atlantis shoulder press x2
Prime dip x2
Prime pec dec x2
Prime lateral x3
Single arm push down x2
Overhead ext x2
Abs x2

Like I know for a fact, I been cheating my logbook a lil bit (taking a high incline smith press movement down to eye-level instead of chin-level for example)
So I just wanna try to be more accountable

Ohh…but the thought of sneaking in a rep with slightly less ROM to boost them logbook numbers is so tempting hahaha

If you are cutting your reps shorter you are just making your lifts easier not harder so that isn’t training harder it is actually the opposite

Hey bud

Firstly I would lower t3 and run t3/4 combo at a much much lower dose 100 t4 25 t3 is generally a replacement dose that most need deep deep into a deficit. You do not need your t3 so so high at all ever. Lower tren to 100 and up mast by 100 is what I would personally do.

If you are looking to stay leaner post diet initially I would drop all orals and taper your clen down whilst you slowly titrate food up over 4/5 weeks and keep adherence as tight as possible

Once you got over that mark with still some anabolics in play and food was a touch higher I would then transition into trt

Ultimately it comes down to your adherence and managing calorie intake

Pec dec would be a poor choice of a movement to really have the ability to target the clavicular pec as it’s your arm path that really dictates it, it would be impossible to do on a pec dec as your arm path needs to move in line with front delt / clavicle

High incline presses are your best bet for this or even cable would be easy to set this up. Pec dec on the other hand not so much!

Hey Kuba it’s me again with another question.

In my Push B rotation I do chest press ,shoulder press and a dip that order. I’m progressing on both presses but my dips are stalling.

Would you suggest changing the order of movements or switch the dips for something more stable?

Thanks in advance

All movements will get to a point where progress is going to get hard, that’s good that’s where you want to be and that is where you remain patient

Micro load, fight for extra rep here and there. Dip is not the best when it comes to matching your strength curve with resistance but it sure is a great option

If it totally stalls narrow grip smith or a machine dip if resistance is good will work but don’t just swap movements when progress gets hard

I wouldn’t say you need a Deload at all, there is more variables that would indicate you may need a Deload

What you describe above is literally what happens when you are deep into a deficit

Hey Kuba, in your log, you mentioned you weigh yourself everyday, and once you reach maintenance, you would up your calories by 200.
I’d imagine there’s some daily variability in your weight. So how many days do you typically wait before you reassess your calorie count?
Thanks!
(love your youtube content btw)

Hey bud, there isn’t actually much variability in my weight at all, once my weight stalls for 4-6 days I up the calories if appetite is there and I don’t feel shitty

It’s much harder to train with all out intensity and stay in control, both go hand in hand.

Training hard & with intensity doesn’t and shouldn’t lead to training with poor form, it’s much easier to just throw stuff around and grunt but going all out effort under control full Rom and execution is another level of hard

Leave as is and let the rate of gain slow down, then when you do take increments up you don’t actually need big jumps 150/200 calories at a time. Bigger jumps won’t yield more progress just more useless BW which is not needed.

We want to gain weight but the right kind of weight, accepting that some body fat will come as A by product is ok but not much imo

Yeah daily or eod works best, it isn’t healthier just allows you to control your hormones a little better.
