    Bodyweight is sitting at 232 and I feel
    Like I am actually tighter and fuller diet set up, bullet proof routine and training is working wonders imo

    Morning guys bodyweight is stable and look has actually improved this morning. Appetite is tremendous haha @stefan has increased the food again based of the check ins.

    Routine is now the keyword for me haha! Once it is set, everything will follow, physique and busisness wise, good to hear the 2 rotations are awesome buddy, 243 with good body comp while rebounding without gears/being healthy is top. Amazed me cheer!

    Thanks bud, for me the routine is key. It’s the discipline that leads to success in all avenues.

    Hcg does keep the testis active however the trt dose must be LOw for this to be effective

    I would run 1000 iu eod for 3/4 weeks

    Kuba so the plan is to obviously grow everywhere, but the change is extra glute and hamstring on pull day, is that on both pull sessions and is that why the split has moved around slightly for recovery of that specifically?

    Yes not only that, when I get strong with pressing I feel like it affects my pull sessions the following day.

    For me individually I feel like having push away from pull will not only improve pull but push work too

    All depends on your recovery capability

    I have 1 set of SLDL and 2 sets of rack pull mid shin that’s probably top end of what I can recover from and progress

    Very individual trail and error bud

    Hey guys

    Today we woke up at just under 235 the look is very good, I feel fresh and sleep is the best it has been in a very very long time.

    Today’s pull session was insane @jordan-peters really pulled it out of the bag, 1 more session to hit push 2 from Jord and we have all our rotations set

    So rest today complete a little busier than usual.

    Actually went hypo 2x today, body is super efficient now at utilising then food.

    Today I have been starving like legit hungrier than anytime in prep itd crazy. The set up with the food is working very well.

    I love the plan and structure so we push on @stefan is happy with the look and current set up also so happy days

    Rest today before pull n2 @jordan-peters will sure deliver another nasty one cannot wait to train

    Bodyweight has seen some movement again and I feel great sitting at 232.2 today

    Legs 2

    Pinned leg press calf raise

    so 3 sets 10-12

    first set 2 second peak contraction , next set up the weight a little and then no peak contraction , up the weight a tiny bit more final set 5 seconds in the stretch each rep

    Prime seated leg curl

    Short setting , 1 x 6-10 – 2 count in the squeeze
    Medium serving , no stretch , no squeeze , 1 x 6-10
    Lengthened setting , 2 count in the lengthened , no squeeze

    Adductor –
    1 x 8-12 , 2 second squeeze
    1 x 12-15 , no squeeze , 2 seconds in the stretch

    Leg extension prime

    all on the bottom peg + banded too – make the lockout absolutely insane , 2 second squeeze at the top of each rep 1 x 7-10

    Second set , much lighter band , and load the middle peg – no squeeze

    Final set – no bands , all on the top peg , no squeeze but spend 1 seconds just in the stretch , then drive up

    Nytram leg press

    Set 1 – 3 second count in the hole , this will be insanely hard 1 x 6-10

    Set 2 – 1 second count in the hole , 1 x 6-10

    Set 3 – no pause , just in and out 1 x 6-10

    Dumbell RDL

    Set 1 – drive the hips back until full Rom is reached 2 second in hole

    Set 2 – don’t worry about getting it fully short or squeezing , but 2 seconds in the stretch each rep , drop dumbbell and keep going to failure again , no stretch neeeded

    Prime kaz handle curl

    , 1 x 6-10 – 2 count in the squeeze facing in standing 2 m away.

    no stretch , no squeeze , 1 x 6-10 standing 2 m away

    Standing in , 2 count in the lengthened , no squeeze 1 x 8-10
