    Yeah it’s about 125 after cooking

    No it’s not low

    People over do protein one of biggest mistakes they can do, carbs are protein sparing once my carbs get even higher I would pull them even more and reduce fat even more

    3 rounds of posing each morning 7 seconds hold

    This will remain year round

    6 rounds of vacuums also fasted 10 second hold

    45 mins of my day to start is spent pretty much nailing this shit

    Good morning guys, 237 this morning. I’m happy with the look. I feel awesome, 5 am wake and I’m feeling fresh ready to win the day. Still absolutely bugging life out of @stefan daily but I know reasoning of why he does this daily post show as I do favour this approach with many of my athletes too. All makes sense in every decision he makes ✅

    Solid days rest

    Seems like I’m still getting ravenous. More I eat more it picks up haha but it’s not all soo bad I’m making most of it right now.

    Strenght is through the roof and so is mood energy is flying so we are good

    234.2 this morning, still checking in daily and things are really getting better

    Back to pull 1 tomorrow can’t wait

    Very very good one in the books progressed on all lifts and tidied some up.
    No forced reps at all for now I don’t see the need to be adding any, the stimulus created from this set up alone is enough for me to continue growing without adding anything that will accumulate extra fatigue.
    Got to say @jordan-peters has seriously nailed this program I am beyond excited to nail it for this season. Smart and carefully thought through move by move. ??

    I was wondering about the new training approach with new set tempos of stretch and iso. Would you recommend this approach to most or is it only beneficial for advanced trainers who have already achieved a great amount of progression?

    Good morning guys, day of rest and another check in still getting them done daily with @stefan until he says so.

    234.2 this morning and each day I feel better and better. I have some bloods booked in on Monday then I will re do them again likely at the end of the month and re asses.

    Looking back at notes this is probably one of the best post show phases I have had in terms of recovery and getting my body back happy.

    Every single day I wake and I feel stronger more focused and fresher.

    Happy days and hope everyone has had a great weekend.

    Time to work ?
