    Good morning guys

    Weight is settling at 240.2 this morning.
    Stefan is still on the daily check ins so far he will likely take food up tomorrow again based of feedback and today’s look. I feel like I am in one of the best positions I have ever been in just over 3 weeks post show I feel super fresh, strong, hungry with great appetite. I see reasoning as to why we are doing what we are now and it aligns well with what I would do and want to do so I follow. @stefan is running this process with militant precision and I really like it. Biggest change I see really is how fresh I feel and able to perform so well in a recovery phase.

    Each time weight goes up few days after body seems to settle and look better too, all looks promising.

    Today we hahe push and I’m ready to really GO IN ON IT ?

    Becuse @stefan wants me to take a break from everything. Gh was removed like a week before British so total 6 week off now and tbh with how full I am looking it will look ok once all these compounds are added back in for now I don’t need anything aside from food to progress

    Early rise like every day very productive day planning expanding on a business venture with @megansylvester

    Power hour work first, 2 hours of education followed by planning end starting the foundations of what we need to do. Wrapped up by 12 snd now we go shopping ?

    Rest day today before we push tomorrow ?

    3 weeks into recovery phase still running 125 mg test only eod

    No gh no slin

    No gh for last 5 weeks now

    Sitting at 242 eating a good amount of food as you can see from the set up and regular additions from @stefan I let him call the shots with everything. I prefer it this way and it will allow him to gather data as to how my body works.

    3 weeks training smarter combined with Stefan’s approach have been extremely productive.

    I have full faith I can step on stage a new physique next time when time is right.

    Good morning guys another day another dollar, legs yesteday and it was a blast.

    Weight is down at 236.6 and it’s a rest so @stefan has ordered for another round of sushi.

    Not going to complain at all, pull day tomorrow at kings.

    They have what I need so the session can pretty much go the same way as it would at home without deviation.

    Legs yesterday was perfect- Strenght up by a lot

    Pin calf raise x3
    Seated leg curl x3
    Adductor x2
    Leg extension x3
    Leg press x3
    Dumbell RDL x2
    Bicep curl x3

    Recovery is brilliant at moment, not taking my sets past failure does the job. Something I over utilised in past offseason which now looking back was pretty stupid.

    Bodyweight us at 238.4 and today we are back to 2nd rotation of pull so I am looking forward to getting it done!

    Stay active man anything you can do to keep your self busy

    All these negative feelings will come from doing nothing.

    Set challenges you can do outside and do all you can to hit them

    What Pull and Push #2 look like and how do you play with resistance profile in those sesh? As Jordan say in his latest vid, it’s smart to play in the shorter range when fresh, is it the case when pulling and pushing? I love the programming and I’m glad we could learn and appreciate your work, thx boss! Cheer.x

    Beat all numbers by a lot, much much stronger and improved execution on some movements so super happy.

    Yeah I top out protein at about 220 now so 1.2g ish per pound. That’s from all sources and bread etc probably account for 10-15%.
    Do you not get really lethargic on high carbs? I have to have fat proper high when really pushing carbs as if it’s low I’m just half asleep all day!
    600-700g carbs with just 30-40g fat a day I’m Zzzzz. 5 to 1 ratio and I’m not to bad.

    No not at all, if anything it keeps my super energised. That amount of fat per meal would end me on the other hand

    But i noticed you eat only 150g stake and chicken isn’t that bit low? After cooking goes down by a lot,no? Or im missing something. Thanks big man

    No it’s not low
    People over do protein one of biggest mistakes they can do, carbs are protein sparing once my carbs get even higher I would pull them even more and reduce fat even more
    Carbs are king when eating for performance

    I always felt that 30-40g per meal for 5-6 meals was a good spot for protein. Lower end for naturals and cruising and higher for when really pushing up or dieting. Never got the 60-70g a meal theory. Even with guys on big drug doses i just feel the calories are better spent on carbs and fats. Good to know that someone on your level agrees as not many do. Seems most “big big” dues all swear by more than that so i did always have doubt that i was under gunning it, but when pushing mine up to 300g a day (i’m 210-220lbs top weight) i never really felt great benefit for it.

    The higher carbs go lower the protein must go to keep digestion efficient I’m trailing it now with brad and he looks INSANE cruising food is high performance is insane and he is 18 lbs up from stage weight with his glutes still totally in 🙂

    Think my method works alright I suppose
