243,6 this morning, I feel stupidly good. Legs are crazy full from yesterday’s session.
Rest today plenty of work completed now I have jay in for my tissue work then some shockwave therapy. Rest days are all about recovery, getting work done and staying as productive as possible.

Do you eat postworkout meal right after workout? and Why are you eating next meal after 45 minutes?
Are you eating because you’re hungry? Or are you just eating?I eat my post workout after I stretched and posed post workout.
I eat 45 mins after 1 because @stefan has prescribed to do so as it is on plan. 2 it’s not a problem and 45 mins after my post workout I am ready to eat, stomach is pretty empty by then and BG is already low.

Check in day today 240 ands filmed our leg session for the site, Stefan ordered sushi on top of my normal food. Not a problem at all with how ravenous I am and it’s going to be needed as I’ve just absolutely trashed my legs

Prime machine press same as last time ( this will alternate once your incline is here ; for now we need something that drops off in the short )
Jm press up , like a jm smith press but using press up handles , so think something between a narrow press and a skull crusher , 1 second in the stretch on first set 6-10 , second set no stretch 6-10
Decline cable fly , squeeze the absolute shit out of this , 2 seconds in the squeeze first set , 6-10 , second set no stretch or squeeze 6-10 , final set 3 seconds in the stretch each rep 3-10
Cross body cuff pushdown , only one set here as wont have much oomph left in the short , squeeze for 2 seconds , 6-10
Ohead db extension , 1 set here , 5 seconds in the stretch , 6-10
