    Morning guys

    243,6 this morning, I feel stupidly good. Legs are crazy full from yesterday’s session.

    Rest today plenty of work completed now I have jay in for my tissue work then some shockwave therapy. Rest days are all about recovery, getting work done and staying as productive as possible.

    Do you eat postworkout meal right after workout? and Why are you eating next meal after 45 minutes?
    Are you eating because you’re hungry? Or are you just eating?

    I eat my post workout after I stretched and posed post workout.

    I eat 45 mins after 1 because @stefan has prescribed to do so as it is on plan. 2 it’s not a problem and 45 mins after my post workout I am ready to eat, stomach is pretty empty by then and BG is already low.

    Check in day today 240 ands filmed our leg session for the site, Stefan ordered sushi on top of my normal food. Not a problem at all with how ravenous I am and it’s going to be needed as I’ve just absolutely trashed my legs

    I don’t count calories buddy tbh but your more than welcome to add them up brother I have updated my latest diet in sheet I can pretty much tell you just by looking at it it’s around 6000 calories

    Sus ruins many from experience when it comes to libido and hormone balance

    Crucifix lateral stepped away from the machine, 2 sets here : first set hold the squeeze for 2 seconds 6-10 reps , second set no squeeze 6-10

    Atlantis shoulder press 5-8 , 8-12

    Decline nautilus chest press 8-12 , 12-15

    Heavy dip 5-8

    Prime machine press same as last time ( this will alternate once your incline is here ; for now we need something that drops off in the short )

    Jm press up , like a jm smith press but using press up handles , so think something between a narrow press and a skull crusher , 1 second in the stretch on first set 6-10 , second set no stretch 6-10

    Decline cable fly , squeeze the absolute shit out of this , 2 seconds in the squeeze first set , 6-10 , second set no stretch or squeeze 6-10 , final set 3 seconds in the stretch each rep 3-10

    Cross body cuff pushdown , only one set here as wont have much oomph left in the short , squeeze for 2 seconds , 6-10

    Ohead db extension , 1 set here , 5 seconds in the stretch , 6-10

    Facing out cable lateral , no crossing off cables . 4 sets here , 3 second squeeze , 1 second squeeze , 1 second squeeze , no squeeze , everything 6-10

    Ab work planks and ab machine x2 15/20 60’seockds x2

    By 5:45 3 x posing some vacuum work and 1 podcast boxed off. Podcast n2 on the way today we have Scott Stevenson on periodisation.

    Big fan of Scott some legit info as always, pretty funny how he speaks about cluster sets and outlines it’s nothing new which it isn’t wnd some how it’s blowing peoples minds ???‍♂️
