    Project shrink the waist is in full on effect, shot from this morning. Plenty of work yet to be done but I’m pretty pleased with how much we can hold this

    243,6 today, legs was brutal yesterday.

    Strenght is absolutely flying now, HS leg press paused with black bands x10 with 480

    80 kg dumbell RDL paused x8 for 2 in the hole.

    Really found my grove at moment.

    I only shop in places like Costco and bookers it’s actually really cheap when you use them but yeah no tap water for me bud

    Good morning guys, very good few days. This mornings shots. Stefan said sushi day as bodyweight has dipped to just under 242. So we eat up again. Each time we do this the look gets better so does performance without having to directly add more calories to the diet.

    Basically I’m staying hungry, digestion is perfect and so far we are implementing high days through sushi on top of meals when @stefan says so. Extremely happy with how things are going on all fronts. I sound like a broken record on check ins but things are very positive indeed so reports are great.

    Leg day today so it’s time to really get after it.

    Hey Kuba, are you running 125 for the entire week or 125 mg shots every other day?? Also how long do you plan to cruise before you ramp things back up and what do you plan on taking when you do?? Thanks looking awesome dude

    125 test e if I remember, not per week bud.

    Next cycle will be discussed with @stefan once he says we are ready. It will be very productive and calculated.

    Now focus is still on recovery and getting back to peak levels of Strenght. 2 more weeks and I will be there.

    Blood work again on 19th then on I will asses blood work 6-9 weeks

    One thing that I do is structure my day with my nest it’s not forced but it’s set in stone and consistent

    30 min dog walk fasted

    Pre M2 10 min walk

    Post m4 10 min walk

    Pre workout 5 min walk warm up

    Post m7 5 min dog walk

    How many steps you want to achieve in this off-season/phase versus in prep per day? And still at this 10min cardio pre wo (steps counts here?) Thx trying to transition from cardio x time a week … to steps and play with NEAT.

    I don’t force any steps varies right now 8000-10000 per day it didn’t change in prep at all. I don’t really need cardio or steps if I’m
    Honest.
