    Hi Kuba I’m from Mexico and In my city they are going to close gyms from Friday to Sunday, what do you recommend? Only train 3 days a week or blast 4 straight days of training, I’m afraid that if I blast 4 days without rest mi progress is going to suffer. Please help

    If you train 3 days a week train 3 days then rest from Friday to Sunday resume when gyms re open. Don’t stress and relax

    Start your week as you mean to go on, 246.4 this morning, rest today and I have 2 treatments booked.

    First up neuro reset therapy to open up my hips and help with my obliques then some deep tissue after

    No time to waste at all, really need to crack on today so I don’t fall behind.

    Ability to change resistance profiles in prime and it’s a totally different machine in general. Totally different movement patterns.

    Fat burners don’t directly burn fat ( over counter ones ) don’t anyways

    I would opt for some cv burn prior to cardio shredabul can leave you feeling unwell.

    Morning guys 249 this morning BUT had 2 decent ? after so it’s likely 245/6 ?

    Pull today I’m soooo ready

    Pull 1 – upper back focus

    Adductor x 1 – 2 second squeeze , 3 second eccentric x 15-20

    Glute drive – top portion only , 2 second squeeze , 3 second eccentric , 1 second pause x 6-10

    Banded SLDL x 1 ( for now ) 6-10

    Any Shrug 1 x 6-10 , 2 second squeeze

    Prime pin loaded row , short setting , 2 second squeeze x 5-9 , mid setting no squeeze x 5-9

    Plate loaded seated row – overload the lengthened peg , 2 seconds in the stretch , nothing in the short x 5-9 , exact set up again second set x 12-15

    Single arm prone cable pulldown 1 x 6-10 , 1 second in the short , just be sure you get it all the way in , 1 x 10-12 nothing in the short

    Single arm extreme row , top peg , 2 seconds in the stretch x 6-10, exact set up again x 10-12

    ( we will stick to single arm lat as much as possible )

    Rear delt row , I would probably use the same pin loaded row you started on, short setting first , 2 second squeeze , make sure your nailing the fuck out of the rear delt , 8-12

    Second set mid setting no stretch or squeeze 8-12

    3rd set lengthened and just spend 2 seconds in the stretch imagine you can feel your rear delt lengthening 8-12

    Curls – dual cable facing the stack stepped 2m back – 2 seconds squeeze 6-10

    Set 2 step close to the machine facing it , no squeeze 6-10

    Good morning guys, big weight drop post legs, this will see me down to 2/3 lbs.

    On flip side performance was ridiculous, big steps forward without sacrificing form at all.
