    Can a persons response to libido and sex drive change over time when using testosterone? I would have thought it would stay the same on the same exogenous doses? For example in the past 10years I’ve never ever had sex drive libido issues no matter what the test dosage up to 1250mg a week. Normally 750 test a week .The more I take the higher my sex drive within days . That is until about 1.5yrs ago. Cant get that insane sex drive anymore. I cruised twice in 2020. 12wks at 250 test e , cud get an erection for sex when needed but thats it. Checked estrogen at the end it was at 17pg/ml. Cruised for 8wks before xmas with 80mg test e. Same thing cud get an erection if needed but zero drive. When blasting at 750mg estrogen came back at 63pg/ml with no ai – No libido sex drive at all on that. Then put in aromasin starting low ending high still no libido.But in previous years I’ve always been between 60 -80 pgml with no ai and sex drive through the roof. Test levels free test shbg etc all ok. Prolactin ok. Not stress either. Maybe I should skip aromasin and try arimidex? [/quote]
    Sex drive factors come in play with many many things, for me libido doesn’t change dose dependent if anything if dosage is higher it gets worse.

    Poor sleep fatigue ugly girlfriend are biggest culprits for me

    Or look at dropping some bodyfat so the aromatisation isn’t as high

    Hey man.. The goal of the session is to be lat focused
    First challenge the lat in the short position and then finish what is left with dB row with slight pause in the lengthened to avoid any momentum
    Unfortunately, limited on equipment
    And here in Croatia gyms are closed for 4 weeks now with no sign to be open soon[/quote]
    If that’s the goal it would make sense to use dumbell row to challenge the lat in shortened position first then the pull down to follow and trx to finish in lengthened.
    I wouldn’t really worry too much about challenging muscle in the ranges too much with so much limitation.
    Focus on perfect contraction and tut.
    Hitting dumbbell row after fatiguing the lat makes very little sense. Prioritise that as it’s the most challenging in your sequence

    & + DB row is more neuro. demanding so it makes more sense to do that first while I’m fresh and can focus more on perfect execution
    TD diet: 420 C 60F 280 P (includes 20g Eaa intra)
    RD diet 210 C 70F 260 P
    3rd week of 300mg test E, 500mg of nandrolone & 0,25 mg Arimidex day after shot
    Started this after 10 weeks on cruise /recovery phase on 125mg test E /week[/quote]
    It’s not really neuro demanding it’s just more demanding physically it would make it more neuro demanding doing it in latter portion of the workout

    If you need to use arimidex on so little test I would re consider cycle structure.

    T3 use is simple, you use it to counter aft your own production slowing down. Get blood work done and use just enough to keep at upper limit of your own production

    Lowering calories and prep in MOST cases will slow natural thyroid production right down.

    Masteron I add 16/12 weeks out as for bad effects ? Which bad effects are you talking about? Masteron is not trenbolone
