    Another day another dollar, 252.4 slight drop after legs that’s usual for me.

    Total rest day with some tissue work and shockwave.

    Today I will keep activity low 2 small dog walks before we resume normal schedule tomorrow.

    IM I read research about subq and I still believe that intra muscular is the best method

    Firstly I would focus on growing and building a solid foundation with your training. Aim to get strong end get some time training under your belt. As a fresh and new trainer you will drop fat and gain muscle at the same time for a while

    @stefan is in charge of the cycle I just follow instructions yes it may seem low but considering I have grown on a very low dose in past 6 weeks and my health is on point I believe this is enough to really make substantial progress. Time will tell 🙂

    It won’t ever be optimal at all

    My take would be

    45 mins pre 750 ml fluid possibly 1 L half of it mix with hydro whey and 50 g cyclic Dex ( carb intake based of your need )

    20 mins into workout mps max and cyclic Dex again bud

    Training fasted just won’t ever be as optimal due to not being hydrated well etc

    Keep coming down the diet break, I would only do this when already close to contest shape. Never this far out.

    Don’t forget in pre you’ll come across some hurdles as we all do, best option is getting ready early then pushing back up a little before you dail it back in

    If you can get peeled now and at 6 our diet break for a week or two you’ll be insane by the end

    Drink 750’ml water with electrolytes

    Add extra salt to intra start drinking shortly after you have waken.

    I would be incline to drinking 20 g eaa 40g cyclic Dex 45 mins pre then same again Intra

    It’s been 5 years since I’ve been off. I want to have kids at some point and I also want to preserve the possibility of coming off trt at some point down the road if I want to focus on something other than bodybuilding.
    I’ve read conflicting things about kick starting the leydig cells once every year or so to maintain testicular function. I figured I’d be cautious and come off now to see where I’m a naturally. [/quote]
    If you are to come off for that reason bud I suggest staying off for a little longer then re do bloods to see how things are

    Stay off for at least 12-16 weeks and fully get back to proper function again thus may need longer
