    Get so many questions regarding the plans for this year, plan is simple

    Get strong and get big.

    We haven’t forced a single thing or pushed hard at all, I feel like we have comfortably gone up and up with no issues

    Good morning guys!

    Check in day like every day

    After weight had stagnated at around 253 before cycle five or take 1/2 lbs we are seeing an increase with no other changes aside from re introduction of anabolics

    The look is getting better so I feel we are on track 🙂

    Strenght is up, banded SLDL went well slowed tempo a lot and hit 180 x6 so happy with this abs ready to move forward

    Council trying to shut a health service down and health food take out at my gym simply because they are operating from gym

    Their excuse

    We did an investigation and gym is profiting from them so we closed it…. even if it was which it isn’t they can’t close us for that reason totally illegal action from them.

    So guys diet update from @stefan above, training is great I couldn’t move I was legit that pumped yesterday.

    Tomorrow marks 1 week back on cycle and it’s looking promising. Weight is scaling almost 260, hopefully not too fat yet ?

    40 is a reasonable dosage, you need a BG monitor, and you dose on this basis, get a journal and keep dose/carb intake with respective to fasting BG/Post workout so you can tailor the dose if you get me
    I would recommend if you are on a high carb/high GH for extended period test HbA1C
    I would also recommend a GDA protocol/mini-cut/keto periods to try and maintain some natural insulin response, so Metformin/SGLTR inhibitors etc and/or Berberine/ALA, but be careful combing with insulin as these drugs/supplements can obviously potentiate insulin significantly
    And it depends or your purpose for use, works well for HbA1C and constant elevated BG, but for growth short insulin protocols could be implemented, but these can be dangerous in combination and you must fully understand how carbs affect BG, and then match the insulin to carb intake-not forcing carbs to keep up with insulin, but that’s just my opinion
    I could go on all-day, sorry t0 rant

    What do you think of something like 400g protein, 700g carbs, and 10g fat on training days and then 400g protein, 10g carbs, 250g fat on rest days; and then for lantus to only be used on training days? Starting around 40iu.
    Should metformin be taken on rest days with something like this?
    Would the igf-1 release from lantus be suffucient enough without the use of GH to stimulate good hypertrophy?

    I don’t think you will get ANY igf release with just lantus. Insulin is a transporter hormone without gh present no possible way to get a igf release.

    As for that amount of food, do you need that amount ? What’s your current intake ?

    Slin Imo is to accommodate carb intake not increase.

    Rest day is way too low imo
