    I’ve never felt this bad on cycle before. I have pretty much every symptom of low test.
    Lethargic, fatigue, strength decrease, fat gain, low motivation and mobility, struggling with day to day tasks. However I haven’t lost any muscle mass.
    My bloods will confirm if the gear is underdosed.
    My coach has syntholan test and his bloods came back at nearly 400nmol/L on 750mg per week so will switch to that.
    Never had any problems with any cycle on nexus until I started my off season blast end of November

    Check in day like every day
    After weight had stagnated at around 253 before cycle five or take 1/2 lbs we are seeing an increase with no other changes aside from re introduction of anabolics
    The look is getting better so I feel we are on track ?

    Just a thought for you , of all the pros , of anyone who has ever got big, anyone I have ever known, how many do you know that change their training stimulus in defined ways like your doing ? – I know ZERO. I have built over 100 pounds of stage weight , just focusing on getting strong. I’m not saying one way is right or wrong , because I don’t view things in that way, but remember success leaves clues . If you asked the biggest bodybuilders of all time what phase of stimulus they are in, they would look at you like your on crack, and then go and lift the 200 pound dumbbells ….. so just a word of caution, don’t get too caught up in doing things NO ONE that’s EVER been big has done ?

    I’ve been pushing this training phase for good 10 weeks now (6 wks on cruise and now 4 weeks on cycle) – 1st focusing on execution, intensity with immaculate form to ” deserve” more load on the bar.
    My thought was to delaod 1 week with AMPK stimulus (from Kass programming) to lower inflammation, improve lactic acid recycling, glucose uptake and potentiate muscles to be able handle more volume.
    I know there is no “right or wrong” way to do things and what you’ve done is the ultimate goal.
    IMO You, Kass and few other guys are the only ones worth listening when it comes to traning programming, excercise selection etc. and have my maximal respect. [/quote]

    It won’t do a thing for your insulin sensitive whilst you are taking insulin

    Very strong pull session yesterday, it was the first day where I really felt like I could walk through walls

    Today we hit just over 260 without really trying, I feel good appetite is good digestion is good cannot complain at all.

    Performance is the best it ever has been, it’s just a case of continuing to drive forward now

    Yesterday with banded pulls I hit

    200 double green banded x5
    250 x6

    Can confirm the bands add a fuck ton ?
