    Subtle changes after today’s check in bodyweight is back at 233 and I look tighter and fuller day by day now.

    200 calories down on training day and rest day

    T3 up to 50 mcg now

    Diet change will be posted below, first change since 9 weeks out

    Okay I appreciate the support, and I actually never knew that affected libido! I’ve always used Sustanon, and never experienced this but the more I research Sustanon the more I understand the reason why it would! ??

    I’m regards to going back on cycle I prefer Sustanon for a test compound, I’ve had bloods done and I’m discussing with my doctor tomorrow and I’ll post them here, as I discussed with my GP with the problems I was having.
    Would you say me running this cycle when I go back on in 8 weeks time cause any issues like this again? Or would it be a trial and error? As it’s made me nervous to jump back on

    Sustanon is probably the worst compound for issues like this as it has 4 differnt esters which overlap eachother….. use test e or p easier to control and no issues with libido being up and down

    I know I’ve dropped off a fair bit of fatigue already as I could feel my self bubbling up during the session. When you start getting fresh the fire starts to burn hard, energy and power is there so we push on.

    My diet hasn’t actually changed from like 10 weeks out, I’ve told Jordan I can’t wait for a food drop its getting in my head now ?

    Very complicated and about 6 different methods in one
    Don’t get me wrong it looks amazing and mind blowing
    Il stick to basic principles that so far got me at least 10/12 lbs of extra muscle each time.

    totally agree about the wraps. I’ve never worn sleeves or wraps but I bought them just to be used in my last 4 weeks of prep as my strength seemed to just keep creeping up and wanted to be safe but used them once and never took them out of my bag again. appreciate the insight bud

    how do you like the sbd knee sleeves? recently started using wraps and hate them lol

    Sbds are the best providing you don’t wear super super tight ones, you want ones that sit comfortably around the knee and keep it warm. Wraps are awful imo

    Check in day tomorrow, bodyweight is staying pretty much same but I’m getting noticeably leaner compared pics today when I was 235 lbs 5 weeks ago and change is silly

    If we can continue Rinsing this I think by the British Grand Prix things will be looking very very good
