    Pretty much a failed leg session today

    Hamstring wasn’t playing ball so opted for v squat which funnily I hate however it’s the only thing I could do without feeling like my ham was going to pop again.

    Felt pretty devastated found my tampon I am ok now, I’ve been through worse. Got stabbed at 3 weeks out in 2017 funnily enough messaged Jordan back then same as I did today got no sympathy carried on with prep just as I am now.

    We don’t back down we keep going

    In this instance I would start tracking steps, set a daily step goal and use that as your next tool to create a deficit

    2 lbs drop over night

    Extra 400 g carbs going in today it actually feels rather easy for a change so I am enjoying it.

    So far 4 meals in no issue at all 2 more to go and legs to ruin at Durham tomorrow.

    Go time 🙂

    I was just wondering why you opt for T3 supplementation (at a dose that I presume is above replacement level) rather than letting your food drop lower. Is this primarily for digestive/performance purposes or just personal preference?

    Both really and way you have to look at things I’m 15/20 lbs down from my heaviest carbs are at just below 700 from over 1000

    Natural production will slow down so I’m replacing that and some

    With your diet is there any reason you are keeping you carb intake post workout similar to their meals as I know in past diets you seemed to have a lot more carbs here , Is it just personal preference? Kind regards

    It’s still my biggest meal bud however I just recently lowered it from 180g COR I found it was just sitting quite heavy

    After 18 months of eating around 1000 g carb I am welcoming lower food like you wouldn’t believe

    To be honest I am loving the process, I could do this shit all year love it

    Solid days rest, usual drill. Physio and work, spent some time at gym had a meeting with the staff and now time to finish the check ins before I chill for the evening.
    First day of prep where I actually felt some hunger…. FEELS SO GOOD haha

    You know when the hunger hits, shit gets real! haha! Awesome content btw coming out, just watched the day in the life of a couple with you and Meg, and of course the stuff you’re doing with AJ and for the site have all been awesome. Keep it up mate, can’t wait to see how you do on your debut!
