Very very Individual depending on your daily routine and occupation….
Being too sedentary for me leaves me with poor recovery imo leaving a degree of cardio ( light and short) even at peak of offseason has benefits. I always opt to keep some in.
Generally if you are active and have an active job or lifestyle you will NOT need cardio…

Hey Kuba I need your help man, I’ve been doing full body split for 7 months now my arms are lagging really bad. My recovery is right, I’m doing two sets for arms in the full body split but it’s simply not enough, my recovery, food intake is well just lagging bad in arms. What do you think?
Swap to a push pull leg split with added volume of 4/5 sets at back of your push and pull work if you do a rest day on either side of legs add 3 sets of arms on leg day too
