    Eq is not an ai it aromatises at a much lesser rate than test hence why some favour using some test and eq along side. For me I prefer test.

    Ideally run a lower dose of test with higher dose of decca and primo bud

    No need to smash ai then

    Generally leaner you are more test you can handle without the sides

    Please don’t take any offence to questions it’s only to try and get the answer you want:
    Why do you need testosterone in such dosages that cause aromatisation? -potentially rely on ‘anabolic’ leaning AAS like nandrolone /primo ?
    For peoples interest to give you an off the wall suggestion.Aminoglutheimide, in low dosage range of 125mg twice per day can reduce aromatase quiet significantly, however can suppress adrenal steriodogenisis, essentially crushes hormone production in the body. A weird and wonderful drug, potential use as AI? Many older bodybuilders will probably know. Bombs cortisol, and causes joint pain, balance required, hence the pharmaceutical introduction of AI,s
    And why low AI’s, is it lipids ?

    Using ai for me is probably the most overused drug that if anything holds you back

    You need estrogen to a degree to grow, using ai should be to a minimum in prep and in offseason

    If you know how drugs work and how to use them and when you won’t need to rely on ai to control estro

    Peak offseason 30 mins bike plus 8000 steps minimum bud depending on schedule

    Appetite and energy really. I have to stay active to be able to perform when I am heavy

    Basically in prep I need to do less always as my body turns into a furnace literally

    Hi Kuba. How is your sleep during the prep? Is the tren bothering your quality of sleep and if yes let us know what you do to fix that.
    As i noticed you are at 700mg tren per week. Do you inject tren only on training days?
    You look awsome, Im very excited to see you on stage

    My sleep is always work in progress depending on workload some nights it’s good some nights not so great

    It’s probably best it’s been in a while right now but I will get it better bud

    Tren doesn’t affect me much for sleep

    Fatigue is what ruins my sleep and right now Jordan is best in world at managing this

    Crazy busy day today with clients and getting reminder of tasks complete at the gym ready for big re open.

    Exciting times ahead indeed

    Rest days for me and managed to get some physio in, knee is really feeling it but I’m confident I will be fine with it by Saturday.

    How’s things man. Thoughts on 500 test 500 EQ 300 tren ace and 25proviron a day.

    I don’t really personally like eq, I would opt for extra 250 test rather than 500 eq you would get same benefits if I’m honest. Again person dependent some really get on with eq… and depends on other drugs you are running.

    Hi Kuba, when it would be better time to make cheat meal if i am training 2-1-1-1 PPL as a last meal of the rest day and get the power from this for next training day or as a 2nd post workout meal in training day?

    Post workout is best don’t eat bigger meals pre bed, it will impact the quality of your sleep.

    Cybex leg session yesterday was a bit of a fail so had to take a deload session ended up doing 8 working sets total

    560 on Cybex x11 then my knee just said no….

    Today I woke up and checked in with Jordan hit a new low so we have lowered steps to 7500 per day and now we going to hit a high day today with extra 300g carb going in.

    Not really hungry, not using caffeine or fat burners or any supps for fat loss…. don’t even feel like I am prepping.

    Focus right now is purely on performance as body fat is melting off.
