    Hey Kuba! Last time when I posted here on forum you said I’m eating way more protein than I need, more than guys who are weighing 260 lean, can you please tell me how much protein would you suggest for me when here I weigh 173,7lb in the morning? And should I count it from all sources?Thank you!

    Also, the day you give bloods you train normally ?

    Makes no difference to me but some need to rest depending on which markers we focus on advice generally is 4 days rest

    Second day in Rome weight dropped to 248.6, no issue I feel great and had a really good push session with John jewettt, will do legs tomorrow with him at expo.

    Filming lots of content and trying to have a good time but also cannot wait to get back home and back to work

    Rest day weight went up to 248 and 249 today

    No diet changes at all just cycle , took pics today and it’s pure fullness so the look is way way better and just as lean.

    Full focus now on making every day count, travel day to Italy today for world bodybuilding summit, I will be speaking on Saturday at the event

    Usual business for me food & training is priority just get to see some sight seeing

    Hi Kuba, wanted to ask you how do you approche your volume. When do you decide to increase or decrease it?

    Increase when recovery is great and lifts progressing easily

    Decrease when lifts stall and feel under recovered

    Log book gives me the guide lines for this

    Entering second week back on cycle, bodyweight moving fullness coming.

    I am going to titrate up my test and leave dht as is, still feeling lower Estro sided and it makes sense with combo of primo / mast ( albeit lower than before ) but I am also
    Still very close to contest condition so having them both in play with primo pulling down Estro and mast acting like a sarm it’s basically like running an ai with the test.

    600 test 1100 primo 200 mast week1
    Week 2 840 test dht same
    Week 3 will be 940
    Week 4 I will addes

    I will push my test until I find my tolerance then push dht up

    Tobi, right now PPL as I love the set up I created and making tons of progress, 12 sets push 13 pull 11/10 legs seems to be a sweet spot I will hit all time Strenght over next 6 weeks and that will also mean all time size in next 6-10 I predict

    I have also written up an upper lower ( splitting

    Excellent pull day 246 lbs now so slowly climbing

    My Estro feels low, so I am taking up my test to 850 this week primo and mast stay

    If this feels good il go 1050 week after hold primo and mast for a while

    I will escalate over 7 weeks

    Then it all peaks over 11 week window

    Giving me around 17 weeks on peak doses

    I will likely go up to 2.8/3g total
