Personally for me it’s 25 t3 150’t4
This lands me at upper range offseason and in prep it will come down slightly

I would go with 50g carbs during training and add in 3iu fast acting insulin pre training to start.
Asses tolerance and results and then can taper up from there

Insulin I have changed my stance on short insulin imo doesn’t provide much benefit vs long
I actually see insulin resistance raise fast and then the need for more constantly increase when using short

Only thing to watch out for is salt intake from smoked
2x a day you won’t develop an intolerance if you have 2/3 other sources
Generally this becomes an issue when people have 3+ same sources constantly

Keep consistent macro training day & rest day aiming to stay in a small surplus
Shoot for 1/1.5 lbs a week in terms of rate of gain

Dr Trevor sells peps, I have used oral SLU with clients and see HUGE successReta daily is best from what I have seen and heard from guys like Nick walker & sam Pearce

I’m going to bump my test up quicker as I feel like primo has already pulled it as I have dry skin and some low Estro feels, seems like higher test for me feels way better recently a lot of it is down to imo more muscle and staying leaner so tolerance is higher

Pull 245.8 woke up super early and wasn’t able to fall back to sleep but energy is high and feel good so 0’issues just crack on as normal.

Excellent leg day, feeling great overall 246 this morning, cycle back in Gh up fullness today was up, honestly in close to stage condition currently with how well my body comp held.
Sleep quality is epic, just short that’s just being lean, still not had an ounce of food over plan and I am loving how I feel, food focus is strangely low just hunger is high which I love.
I am determined to make sure I can now gain for 26 weeks at least.
My plan is to hit 280 lean from front and 5/10% leaner from back and I believe I can do that.
